Looking for 3rd Team Member Recommendations for BF Battle Tower
Hiya there, as this title says I am looking for a 3rd team member and wanted to ask the community for some recommendations.
For Context:
The two team members I am ALREADY planning to use are Gorebyss and Swalot, with my plan for each below:
- Gorebyss to do Baton Pass Setup and then pass off to one of the other two team members. It learns Iron Defense, Amnesia, Agility, AND Baton Pass all by level up, which will actually be its move set. Planning Lum Berry for the Item but open to recommendations w/ explanation behind it.
- Swalot to be a Toxic Staller - Already a thicc boi/gal as it be, thinking of taking advantage of the extra bulk from a Baton Pass Setup.
Moveset: Toxic, Protect, Giga Drain, Ice Beam (??? - same as Lum Berry as open to recommendations on a 4th move).
Now that all said, I was potentially thinking Armaldo as a 3rd member, as I got the idea from another comment I saw to do baton pass into Armaldo with the Battle Armor ability to protect against stray crits and have it hold leftovers or something. Plus it can learn Swords dance, so I just feel like it’s got menace capabilities.
But this is my big ask and looking to get some insight from others on what/who they might add as their 3rd member.
NOTE: Bonus points for the Unique/out of left field 3rd member recommendations; I am all about using Pokemon that aren’t the stereotypical “Meta” team members
