This is something I have been thinking of since Constance's official introduction in story. First thing first in some alternate reality they probably are. As constance literally becomes a Lord Ravager if she joins the stellation hunters. But let's talk about why they are the best friends that never met. 

Betrayal. This is Constance's whole thing. She betrays everyone. But this is actually similar to how Phantylia operates. The betrayal happens by the people you think you know. But in reality it's a Lord Ravager wearing their face. Aka Tingyun. This is also highlighted in her philosophy about how she'll destroy the hunt. She says "death is not the process but the outcome. Let the ignorant hunter raise their bow, kill what is they believe in, and ultimately kill themselves." Betrayal of each other, and thyself. 

Flowers. They both represents flowers. This imagery is very heavy with both of them. They are also extremely beautiful woman whom you can say are alluring and seductive. And what I find interesting is they are both choosing their looks. Because memokeepers don't have a physical form. So when you see constance and black swan they are choosing to look like they do. But this actually applies to Phantylia too. Because she is a shapeless helobi. Yet chooses to be an extremely attractive woman. Both of them don't actually have a true physical form but chooses to have beautiful alluring seductive designs. 

Constance also finds danger captivating. She willingly wants to dance with Acheron and she finds Jade captivating after calling her a poison serpent underneath her exterior. She would be extremely intrigued watching phantylia's self destructive work first hand. She would find it beautiful the way she annihilates civilizations honestly. Because it is. These two are so destined to be teammates that I wonder if its intentional.  And since Constance obliterate memories this would be very useful for Phantylia. Plus there's a possibly they do work together directly when constance becomes Ephemera.

I think she turned out far better than any of my other hsr characters. Haven’t come across a suitable hat yet
