Foremen are supposed to fill daily safety logs and equipment checks, but it happens on paper or not at all. Before an audit we scramble to recreate logs.

I need a text at start of shift with a mobile form, photo proof of hazards, and alerts if not submitted by 10am. If a hazard is marked, create a ticket and notify safety. At month end I need a full export for records. Crews won’t use a new app. It has to be SMS or dead simple. Paper isn’t cutting it for compliance.
