If im playing and i need to take my headset off for a second to like idk get a mark of the lenses or to move somthing as soon as i put my headset back on im unable to get back into the game like i can hear everything but im just staring at the new shitty meta menu and cant do anything to reopen the game how do i fix this?
I have tried the last four metro raids to pull the lever and open tank room I have a task in there for Igor and it won’t open am I missing something????
Has anyone noticed any issues with restock?
I have mine upgraded fully, both the quality and quantity. I get garbage most times. Best I get is a tan legendary vest that I’ll be able to buy in a few more missions for regular price. I get the occasional key but nothing crazy. Never any good electronics.
My buddy hasn’t upgraded either but restocks very frequently. He’s gotten digital sensors, GPUs, mall boss vest, etc.
Is there some sort of programming that passively increases the quality the more you use it regardless of your upgrade level?
Unless you’re playing every single day and restocking constantly, I would recommend upgrading the quality last (requires 3 GPUs, encryption device, 2 thumb drives, and 2 digital sensors). Use the sensors you have on all other upgrades.

This is the best game design I've ever seen....
Short on money? Just go abuse game mechanics that is stupid enough to allow such things and make some spawns literally 5 meters from lockers/high value loot spawn (tunnels)
Edit: Why this is bad? Cuz it is making lobbies empty and turns pvp "hardcore" competetive game into stupid rat race. The game that is supposed to be hardcore by punishing you with gear loss if died is making you actually a winner thanks to avoiding this mechanic. Die - lose - but actually win because you've lost nothing, didn't extract and got some money depending on luck
Snipers in this game feel like a half-baked feature. In terms of effectiveness, theh are by far the worst. There are a lot of things to learn to be able to shoot at range. Bullet drop, range finding, and how to shoot moving targets. Thankfully, wind isn't a factor (snipers would be nigh useless if it was).
Sniping also requires you having a stock because of the lack of stability without one, even the slightest movement could take your eyes off of your target. One thing they could add is a bipod attachment for snipers, like Onward has.
The game isn't balanced around snipers/DMRs and it never will be, but that doesn't mean snipers shouldn't be able to be viable. A common AK outclasses any sniper almost any day. Versatility? AK. New player friendliness? AK. Cost effectiveness? AK (AKs and their ammo are cheap, effective, and very common). Raw Power? For once, snipers.

Only asking as I've just got killed by someone (which the death doesn't bother me btw) but the whole kit looked very familiar with all the other posts and videos I've seen .
Has anyone else somehow got a player kill on PVE I know player scavs are a thing in PVP but that’s not an option for PVE. I’m pretty sure this is just a bug or glitch but I want to see if anyone else has seen this before?

A few times I pre-fired and I had rare ammo so I know I was hitting this guy not because I'm a good player but because I was so close to him I really couldn't miss. The shows I did zero damage on this dude even though I unloaded and had a face mask on like I just don't get this.
I wish i had a pic of all 20 or so scavs that i had spawn in one clump and quickly aggro on me when i got to the checkpoint/loading dock area of dam
I was doing another quest and wanted to stop by those areas for the other quest but saw a huge clump of AI spawn in when that chunk or map area spawned in, possibly that areas main spawns and time respawns came into effect at once. luckily i was able to run back up the hill to get away
No sabía que había un tiempo máximo para salir! Agoté el tiempo y ha sido dramático!!! Aparte de que llevaba como 50 scavengers muertos y la mochila rebosante de botín, lo peor de todo es que he perdido equipo increible que no puedo comprar en la tienda porque lo había conseguido a base de asesinar y rapiñar. Una mochila legendaria, una armadura corporal de nivel 6, un caso integral de nivel 5, un arma de valor incalculable porque la había personalizado y mimado más que a mis propios hijos, dos cargadores de tambor...Una verdadera tragedia.
Y no sé porqué, pero el sistema me ha contado doble esa muerte, ha contado como DOS K.I.A., como si hubiera muerto dos veces, eso me ha pasado ya en otras ocasiones.
¿A alguien le ha pasado algo similar?

I am enjoying the PVE mode with my buddy, however, my internet connection is.. lacking. Pretty unstable. Whenever I suffer connection loss, there is no reconnect option. It counts as a death, and I lose my stuff. I understand this is a pre-alpha, so MANY things aren’t incorporated, but does anyone know about a possible future reconnect feature?
This is contractors exfilzone PCVR OCULUS My textures in the game look midway decent (despite the wall), but whenever i see pcvr videos of other people playing, it always tends to look more crisp and better in detail.
I double checked my graphics settings and they are on all high. I even checked my actual monitor to see if there is a streaming difference (hence youtubers screen recording) and i dont notice anything different.
One thing i have noticed in the past is the OCULUS PCVR crossbuy ports of games such as (boneworks or bonelab) tend to feel different in graphics terms for some odd reason, but only slightly. Is there anything different i can change?
The way bosses are created (Barricade boss bank on Resort) is just ridiculous, I wasted a whole week looking for it without being able to find it, this is the third wipe I've played and I think for this reason it's time to uninstall this damn game, it's all so frustrating!! From now on I'll focus on giving bad publicity for you and for this shit!! Let me get ahead of you here, yes PvE mode is “easier” than PvP mode so it should be balanced around that fact.
However it’s just a shit show of tanky NPCs strafe shooting in and out of cover with T4-5 ammo. I spawned in and had to fend off 10-20 of them before I could even breathe to pack ammo let alone loot. The map is just way too hectic.
You also never get to loot in peace since you are the only one there. Make the slightest of a sound? Be prepared for 4-6 elite scavs to push the fuck out of you.
It’s just not fun, I’m down for a proper challenge, but this is just straight up obnoxious. Throwing more tanky enemies at the player isn’t a good way to inflate the difficulty.
