The Word "Monkey" In Music Is Cringe
I find any song with the word "Monkey" in it to be extremely cringe and annoying. Here are a few examples.
The Dave Matthews Band- This may be an unpopular opinion, but I find The Dave Matthews Band to be pretty cringe, to the point where it almost feels like they are trying to annoy ME specifically. They actually have two songs with "Monkey" in it. The first song called What Would You Say. The only thing that would make this song more cringe is if the band performed it while wearing fedoras, Oakley blades, and cargo pants. The other song is called Proudest Monkey. Just kill me now, do I even need to say anything about this? No, I dont. I will say this, though, this is the same reason I dont order half of the menu items at the IHOP. If everything on your menu sounds like something that a giggling middle school girl would come up with.
Foo Fighters- The sing is called, Monkey Wrench, and I hate it. Here is my short list of words that should tank your career as a musician
1- Monkey Wrench
2- Fart
3- Puke
Does anybody have similar thoughts on the matter 🤔
