My first layer from the k2 plus is scratchy like sand paper I think my bed is not leveled right and the nozzle is to close to the build plate waiting on new filament to come in just in case it’s moisture in the filament but I’m unsure.
I just bought the K2 Combo yesterday, put it all together exactly as directed and I am continuously either getting FB2864 [Feed issue, filament buffer failure.] and FR2849, [Retract issue, filament cannot be returned to CFS hub.] errors. I haven’t even printed anything because of these errors. It might easily be user error, but I feel like I’m doing everything properly 😭😅

Hi all,
I keep getting an error telling me the extruder can't extrude. When I try to stop the print, it then says that the CFS can't retract the material. When I open up the extruder, it always has this clog in the same place. This tends to happen within the first 10 minutes of printing. Does anybody know how I can fix this?
Exactly as the title says. I picked up a new k2 over the weekend, and it's an unbelievable, night and day upgrade over my old Ender 5 Pro. Wifi in my house is stellar, but I live in a city, and 2.4 is a nightmare. I'm not crazy about total control of the unit relying on a radio band that has 93% interference according to my AP site scan tools. I already had the ugreen USB ethernet adapter that seems to be the "go to" for hooking up the unit, but I can't seem to get it functional. Power cycled the unit once the adapter was plugged in, and I've verified layer 1 functionality of all the individual components. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
Bought it, was kinda working out of the box with the minor settings adjustments for retraction etc and then it just gave me nothing but problems from retracting issues, to ghost printing, to flow issues etc, i finally gave up and uninstalled it today. I've adjusted this thing more times than I want to and have spent more time down than up. the OEM just went back on I'd love pointers on how to adjust this thing properly because I've even taken the back off like another post and adjusted the back plate the screens inspected the bearings inspected everything cleaned out thing etc.. Wasting probly 40 - 100 bucks in filament when it decides to ghost print at the worst possible times...
