Creation Kit Extended Platform not loading the interior in worldspace view

Hi trying to learn creation kit for the first time. I have installed creation kit extended to make it easier to load. The problem is when using the worldspace view, the interiors are not auto populating. What I did when installing creation kit extended

- extracted CKPE on Skyrim directory
-extracted CK Address Library AIO Offsets on directory
-extracted CK Address Library version 1.7.99

I'm using MO2 and I have skyrim ver 1.6.1170. I also verify the integrity of the original CK then recopy the CKPE but nothing works

Skyrim Projectile Modding Help

I am trying to add a spell to Skyrim that uses the Unrelenting Force projectile. However, in game, the projectile comes out from the centre of the body (like when you shout) instead of flying out of the hand.

Does anyone know if/how you can change where different projectiles fly out from?
