Help! I don't know if I'm going to get my Covens of Midnight Order?
Hi! I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules here by doing this, but I'm not sure what to do.
So, I brought the physical Coverns of Midnight rulebook for pre-order early last year, I believe shortly after the BackerKit timeframe ended. In September I changed my address after moving thinking that the book would be shipped at the end of last year, early this year. I'm now having to move again and I'll be losing access to my current address (the one I changed my order to be delivered to back in September) by the first week of June and I've been desperately trying to contact the Crossed Press team and whichever shipping company they're using so that I can change my address.
I've only had one email back from Crossed Press themselves, saying they've forwarded my emails to the shipping company, but I haven't had any word from them or anyone else since. I don't know what to do, as there is no timeline on when things will be shipped, and at the speed things are going it could be next month before any new information could appear. Additionally, aside from through here, I can't communicate to anyone directly on the BackerKit site because my purchase wasn't considered a 'pledge' for whatever reason, and that means I can't use the Discord server either!
To be clear, I have no vitriol towards Crossed Press team or their chosen shipping company and I completely understand that they're probably insanely busy, but I'm very anxious about the lack of information and at this point I'm just crying out for help. Please can anyone give me anything, literally any information about the shipping process? Who the shipping company is so I can figure out how to redirect the package if need be? Even a potential date the UK packages may be shipped by? Because it's clear that I'm not going to be able to change my address at this point.
