What's New with Crypto.com This Week | July 3rd, 2026 🚀

Hey Crypto.com fam! Another huge week packed with exciting developments across the platform. Whether you're been around for years or just getting started, there's a lot to be hyped about. Here is the rundown:

Main Updates:

  • Cronos just leveled up big time: Native USDC, EURC, and CCTP are now live (first chain to support all three at once). Plus, native USDC deposit&withdrawls are now enabled in the Crypto.com App and crypto.com Exchange, a big boost for the upcoming Cronos App rollout.
  • New Token Listings: AIGENSYN and others are now available on App & Exchange with Limit Orders support.
  • ONDO & SEI contracts added to Strike Options. Token Migrations Completed: Aergo → HPP and TON → GRAM swaps finished: you can now trade the new tokens.
  • Exchange Leadership: Iskandar Vanblarcum appointed as Managing Director of Crypto.com Exchange. Strong move!
  • 10 years Anniversary - Can you believe crypto.com is turning 10 years old?! Huge milestone for the whole team and community. 🎉
  • More trading power: Limit Orders now expanded to 330+ tokens!

24 days of rubbish Customer service!!!

I have lost access to my email due to talk talk changing the way they work their email services.

Meaning I can’t access my account on crypto.com

I asked customer service to update my email to my new gmail one and I just can’t get a straight answer from them.

My mobile is the same as original so shouldn’t be that hard.

Honest opinion on Crypto.com

Crypto.com offers insanely slow and bad service, waiting 2+ hours for an LTC deposit, when you ask support to help.

“ Replies in 10 minutes “ never got a reply under 2 hours.

Probably the worst exchange that exists, I advise everyone to leave them, not worth the penny, for those fee’s they charge I expect better support and faster crediting (especially that it’s my own money)….

Crypto card renewal

My Basic tier Crypto card finally expired. If anyone is wondering, it costed me 4,99 € the to ship me a new card. I didn't find this info anywhere and even the Crypto com support could not give me a straight answer... Hopefully this helps anyone who is renewing the free Basic tier Crypto card :)

I really don't care how much advertisement they push out in the real world. Nothing has changed and the coin doesn't gain in value anymore...

So many posts in here which are 2-3 days old with not a single reply

New to Crypto.com. Are the rates/fees really this bad or is it actually a visual bug?

So I have deposited some amounts of all kinds of diffent coins and in my research I forgot to check the sell values, fees etc. ... Take Rune for example: It shows 820$ worth of said coin, I go to USDC swap, trades in for 750!? A 10% loss simply for selling it? Is there something I don't get?

Thanks in advance for responses. This is by no means a bad-mouthing kind of post.

Locked out of my account

Been locked out for about 3 days every attempt even tho everything is correct they just keep locking me out. Trash company. I recommend never using this platform

Phone call phishing alert

Had a very convincing series of phone calls with a phishing artist. This guy called twice in a row, which sounded like emergency. Spoke very pleasant British English. Told me that he's from cro security team and there's suspicious activity on my account, he then sent me an email, in email I had to confirm that the activity wasn't made by me. He then requested a password change on my account(with ought me knowing) and then asked me to provide him with the email code to "verify the information" this triggered all warning protocols in my head(couple of beers probably didn't help those being triggered earlier) and I went into app which showed me in BOLD RED 😅 THAT IF SOMEONE IS ON THE PHONE WITH YOU RIGHT NOW ITS NOT US!!! So I hanged up and blocked the phone number.

Be careful out there, that guy was quite convincing!

Worst Support...

I'm waiting for over 2 month for my virtual Debitcard...it's still on pending..I tried to contact the Support and it was the worst Support experience in my life...I want to take my funds out of my crypto.com account and I don't want to top up more money, especially after this support experience ..so the FAQ says to contact the Support if the balance is below 80€ so...se support just tells me to top up more money or applying for a virtual debitcard to use my balance but I applied for it nearly 3 months ago already and it's still on pending..it's all verified since the beginning and I contacted the support in the beginning after my registration because I had to send proof of residency.

The support said that I didn't apply a d they want to troubleshoot...want to know when this problem happened, if I can make this problem again .which Device I'm using when this problem appears....

Like what?? It's not a problem on my side..even my dead grandpa would know this...it feels like the support is full of monkeys, even the chat or is more qualified and helped more ...I contacted the support again today twice but no reaction...they don't work on the weekend?

After all they want me to spend more money...yea for sure and then I can't transfer my money because of reason X/Y...

Just me or the support team for Private worse then normal?

I had to RMA my pixel 9 a bit ago got a 10 in its place, so of course it had none of my old data on it. Today I went to make a purchase using my USDC, and my old passkey that was on my 9 still shows in the app so I couldnt do it. It just gave an error about the passkey was not available (make sense since it was never on this phone).

Yesterday:

So I went to the settings to add a new one...I couldn't because it wanted my passcode that didn't exist. So naturally I went to support, clicked chat now. I told the guy that I needed the passkey removed from my account, told him what was going on.

As you can see in the picture, he thought I meant passcode...after letting him know it was the passkey, not code I had issues with and explaining it, specifically stating its not the code to unlock the app and such I am having issues with, but the passkey.

He gave no acknowledgement that he understood. He just said, I already did that please wait. So again, I kindly asked are you sure we are on the same page? He again said I put in a ticket. I already told you.

So I waited and waited....all while missing out on the purchase I was trying to make (Due to this I lost the ability to buy the purchase I was trying to make as it was a time bid.)

When he came back. He said it was done...and linked the instructions page on how to change my passcode.

Today:

3rd agent and phone support (should have called 1st, now I know) I finally have had the passkey removed. All the online agents did was show me how to change my passcode.

I dont get why crypto.com doesn't hire people who have a better grasp on the language for the area they are supporting. I have had many many issues with them, and the higher tiers with their own "dedicated support" seems to be worse then the general support.

Has anyone else had issue? What gets you the best results when working with their support

Account Locked_ NO ONE TO HELP

I can not believe this shit....I am so disappointed that I trusted this company with my crypto investment. My account has been locked and there is absolutely no one to talk to to look into it....The only thing at this point that I know to do is call the Texas Department of Banking and Finance as they are registered in Texas.....I went through all the proper prompts to restore and to verify my identity to talk with customer support but no luck.

Unlock unsuccessful, customer service no response???

Evening, I am unable to unstake my cro form my crypto card. I have a trusted device, 2fa, passcode, password, email access, phone number, reverified ID and face. And the staking period is up.

And still can't unstake my money? I've been with you guys for years and this service is the worse it has been. I've sent chat request, emails and called the phone number. I get nothing, zero assistance. Can someone please let me know what to do next? Has anyone else had trouble unstaking cro?

Unable to contact a human at customer support

I lost my Crypto.com card and disputed a transaction. My card was frozen last week. I'm trying to get in touch with customer support to find out how I can have a new card issued (at least on the app first) so that I can make online payments with the balance on the card.

Every time I use support, I get the AI responses. Then when the AI says I will speak to a specialist, and no specialist has got in touch all day. This process has repeated Sunday, Monday, and now again Tuesday. Is there any way to actually get in touch with a human at customer support? I never used to have issues like this (3+ days of waiting to hear back from a human).
