A mobile video truck outside the North American Championship displayed messages urging the WCA to keep Clock as an official event.
The truck showed several rotating messages, including “WCA: Turn Back the Clock,” “Keep WCA Fun! Save Clock,” and “The Community Has Spoken. Will WCA Listen?” The displays also included a QR code linking viewers to a petition calling for Clock to be reinstated.
It is not yet clear whether the WCA will revisit the decision. For now, the truck outside NAC shows that the effort to keep Clock official has moved beyond online discussion and into a public campaign at one of the largest competitions of the year.

Feels really nice because just a month ago I didn't have even a single sub-15 solve and I haven't been practicing a lot lately. I now average 17.5s.
Not sure if this has been done before, but I built a website that notifies you by email whenever a new WCA competition is announced near you. If you guys could check it out, I would love to get some feedback on it!
Check it out here: cubecompnotifier.live
I was just cubing after church when I zoned out and got this scramble which has a pretty easy cross, a couple free pairs, and a LL skip. My previous best was 10.012 and I had a total of 10 solves under 10.5. The really bad thing is I mis-scrambled very slightly and I can't seem to get it back to how it was (there were still red and blue edges solved, but the orange and green were in a different position to do a 4 move easy cross). Because of this I don't have a reconstruction, but I think it is an insane time for my first sub 10, but the trend is continuing because my first sub 30 was a 22, first sub 20 was a 14, and now my first sub 10 is a 7.7. Lastly if anyone wanted to know I use the app Last Cube X - Highly recommend. EDIT: SORRY FOR THE TITLE MISTAKE (7.794)
Few weeks back, after a gap of 2 years I started practising speed cubing again (still a beginner). I was just trying out various cube solve timers, but tbh they felt a bit bland and I was looking for something more engaging. So past 24 hours, I built a completely free pixelated retro-style cube solve timer - CubeRush. I just love how it turned out, and wanted feedback from actual users!
Has both light/dark retro themes with sound effects, configurable hotkeys, all major user progress stats. Has optional sign-in as well to sync and track your progress.
Was thinking of adding more events like 2x2, 4x4, probably a leaderboard too, but would like to know what would you like to see in it.
If you do face any issue do let me know here or via DM.
See ya!
Okay, in case if you are wondering if CRISPR is a new cube, it’s not a new cube. It’s a gene editing tech. It edits DNA. And if you think it edits DNA in cubes, it doesn’t. Cubes don’t have DNA, CRISPR edits organism’s DNA, not cube’s DNA, cubes don’t even have cells. CRISPR can edit people’s DNA, plant DNA, and DNA of other organisms too.
So what do you think is cooler? CRISPR or Teodor’s 2.76 second solve?
I recently got my GAN i4 so I decided to write a review.
In the box you get:
Instructions
Charging pod
Customisation tools
The cube
The cube is very smooth and satisfying out of the box, there's no factory lube since it's a smart cube.
I play on 4 centre travel and 1 tension
it has medium-strong magnets and a super long battery life.
The smart features are pretty basic (if connected to Cubestation), with timer, algorithm teaching (includes CFOP, LBL, Roux and WVLS), phase timing (how long you took solving f2l or oll etc), comps, special skins/avatar frames, and other pay to win things.
Overall this is a good cube, actually might be worth the price, and it's very fun destroying the bots that most of the time come up when playing a ranked match.
I finally solved the cube! Took 3 months! Is this related to block design and matrix or visual puzzles?
Now I have two 3x3s, a 2x2, a mirror cube, a skewb, a pyraminx, and a picture cube that has math equations on each side. I want to add more to my collection and learn different puzzles.
I want to buy my first GAN flagship but Idk the difference since im used to buy MoYu’s,what was the difference?
The reason why i pluralized genes is because cubing is influenced by many genes because the genetic traits that influence cubing is influenced by many genes, there isn’t a single cubing gene.
But by the way, do you think that you have good cubing genetics?
Okay, i usually chose the sub-10 option over the beginner option even when it comes at a big cost like being ugly or losing a lot of money. But to this point, i would choose to be a beginner with good genetics. Depending on how good the genetics is, i would get sub-10 in just months. But even if i can’t get my cubing back, i can still do another hobby with it. And ya, good genetics make me happy, so even if i can’t get my cubing back, it doesn’t much matter because I’m happy. And genetics is God’s gift and i shouldn’t throw away it just for cubing. And i probably won’t be sub-10 for long with bad genetics and it’ll just make me unhappy and sick and dumb and I would regret not reverting back to a beginner for my genetics. Ya, so i chose good genetics over sub-10 even if I’m gonna chose sub-10 over being bueatiful or chose sub-10 over being a millionaire or chose sub-10 over being social as long as i can keep my kindness. But it makes no sense to sacrifice a big part of what makes me fast at cubing for sub-10, i won’t be sub-10 for long. Good genetics make me faster at cubing than money, I would sacrifice money for sub-10 because i can just make money with it, but i won’t sacrifice my genetics for sub-10. And i won’t sacrifice a big stuff that i get from cubing for sub-10, it just ruins the entire purpose.
I have been searching for this same hat for so long but i just cannot find it, i was hoping if i could get some help from here.
For me, i think it’s like 1 to 7 days. I don’t think that i had taken a break from cubing for more than 7 days if you don’t count that time from when i was born to when i started cubing and became a cuber.
And why did you take that long break, is it because you are tired or you have something else to do, or because you got an injury so you stop cubing, or because you did it for a spiritual reason, or because of traveling or because you take a break from it to get faster at cubing or because you are focused on something else, maybe, it could be that you found out that your DNA is optimized way better for some other stuff than cubing. Or it could be something else entirely. What is your reason?
