Every few seconds my CPU usage will shoot up by like 30% and freeze my game for a few frames and I don’t know how to fix it. Task manager says it’s Java script but I’m not sure what to do to fix it.

Trying to play with my spouse, via lan, and essentials mod and keep getting this error on his side
Ive tried as much as i could, firewalls on both pcs, dsn change, and watched countless fix tutorials on this and still cant get spouse to be able to join. Please help.
Essentials mod has worked for every other modpack until this one but im not even sure thats the problem. Ive run through the mods list several times and cant figure it out as everything matches.

Little Tips:
Hold STRG, hover over action bars or Minimap.
In the corner down left in the Spellbook you will find a Button. It's the Settings.
On the top right of the revamped quest tracker, you can turn on Focus HUD and the other Button toggles between 3 transparency modes.
I STRONGLY recommend you use the second Transparency Option, the Icon with yellow glowing hands is shown if enabled.
Blue Hands if you imported Layouts Bindings and so on. doesn't make sense otherwise so skip it.

I have been asked by friends to install a mod pack. Whenever I try to install the mod pack it installs kinda fast and I don’t know why. Whenever I download mod packs it can take 10-20 mins because of my WiFi. But it installs in around 1 min then says retry. It never installs. That was about a month ago and I have been requested to try a different mod pack this time. Still it installs very fast and it still says retry every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this time using overwolf. Any suggestions on what I should do?

So I downloaded Super resolution mod for existing mod pack called INFINITY LEGENDS ( Paladin ) on curse forge , and I installed CLOTH CONFIG API and ACHITECTURY API since I was told it runs good with those installed , but it seems that when I launch game it doesn’t work , even tho I got into super resolution settings and turn on DLLS it still doesn’t bump up my fps . Pls somebody help . My laptop specs : intel ultra 9 275 , 5070 .
I uploaded a modpack from modrinth onto curseforge simply copying the mods and pasting them into the mods folder on of my curseforge modpack. After that I installed a few more mods using the curseforge app. And those ones that I installed via the curseforge app show up here.
But I got 300 more mods that I want to show up on the content list so I can easily delete/replace/update them. Any way besides manually downloading every mod again?
When the Horde or Alliance crash your Crate run, the map becomes impossible to read. Friend Finder is meant to make the map readable when the fight breaks out. That’s why in this new v1.9.0 update, I’ve introduced a new health bar feature. It lets you see who's health is dropping in real-time allowing you to get to them before they go down. Outside of that chaos, it’s also nice when you’re scanning the map and see if a party member is taking damage needing help.

As you can see, certain tags are missing, making many recipes impossible. I'm using EMI 1.1.24+1.20.1. If anyone knows the EMI devs, can you ask them to correct this?

Long story short, I was approached by a friend I reliably knew on Discord.
Asked me for footage and I thought it was fairly normal, downloaded a modpack on CurseForge (no malicious links clicked, it was already a client installed on my PC)
Bam.
Gmail and Discord compromised. What are we even doing here? Granted, I'm an idiot for not suspecting it but this is ridiculous. Apparently this isn't the first instance of this happening. I ain't installing CurseForge again. Idk what y'all are doing but I'm completely cooked due to security compromises that you can't clean up.
