Our flight was cancelled 12 hours before it was set to depart- due to “Air Traffic Control” issues. We were able to reschedule but will now be missing our show for 7pm tomorrow at Lyric theatre, arriving late at night instead. I called ATG and they said they don’t normally do exchanges if it’s less than 48 hrs. They said they’d call back.. I plan on calling them in the morning to make sure.

So is this it, we’re just out $500+ ?

Has anyone had a similar experience?
