This is a Calico M1-II, which is a conversion kit that turns two M1 Carbines into a galting gun... for some reason. This specific one is renforced where the barrels mount to the frame from the pervoius owner and it uses two springfiled M1 Carbines.

Context: Chinese man caught in Thailand after his suicide vest (had 5 c4 blocks in it) was found after his car overturned by a slippery road. Leading to the Royal Thai police busting him. He was in possession of multiple firearms like AR15 that Thai's civilians couldn't owned. A Jammer and a Deadman's switch. The official statement from Royal Thai police is that the dude is depressed and bought all these shit to end himself. Not a terror attack. Which is completely bullshit lol
The AR15 in the picture might not be that cursed but the way he set his rifle left a really bad impression on Thai's gun community as they are jealous about the Chinese man owning a fully automatic AR15 albeit illegally and they also roasting the Chinese dude so hard for having his sense as a rock in the way he set his AR15.
