I've recently started a non-lethal stealth run on cyberpunk and I've run into a problem.

Every time I do a stealth non-lethal takedown, it sends out an electric shock that alerts the surrounding enemies. I've also noticed that these lighting bolt icons appear every time also. Is there a mod that makes this happen? I've also unequipped all cyberware and it still does it. It's making stealth near impossible
