Consistent crashing after graphics card replacement

I had the game uninstalled. I replaced my GPU with a AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, I have the same CPU and ram I had before (i9-12900KF and 32GB ram). Removed all the old drivers from my Arc A750, installed the new GPU and the most up to date adrenaline driver for the new GPU. I wanted to see how the game would look with the new hardware, but the game crashes right after displaying the CD Projekt RED logo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really, really love Reed character, but feel kidna sad that he never smiles at any point, or at least i didn't notice!

Unnamed quest in parking garage

There is a parking garage near the Downtown North Fast Travel Terminal(corner Sarasti/Bruce Stiv to be exact) where there seems to be a NCPD Scanner Hustle, but there is no marker on the map.

There are guards inside, and on the second floor is a bag, that is marked with yellow circle/black exclamation mark, but it’s locked. I searched the guards, nobody has a key or something, and now I’m wondering if I was supposed to do another hustle to trigger that one? But I’m unsure which one?

Grateful for any advice!

Do not do sweet dreams mission

I will not get into spoilers but the mission is bugged (dont know if its only me ) but if you do it the game will magically remove and implant and it will mess up the weight you can carry and your cyberware.

In this video i have all my slots equipped and if you see the space where the blood pump is it shows is there but after waking up in the scavs hideout as you see the blood pump is gone and normally the cyberware level should decrese since the blood pump is gone but it dosent it stills shows the cyberware capacity at the same level so unless i load up my save the build is mess up

Also i have another save when the cyberware capacity decreased but when i pick up my guns gear again for some reason the weigths doubles it alot.
