What are some after school activities for a 13/14 yr old girl in the cypress area? I’ve asked her school but they don’t seem to have lots of groups

Hi friends. I’m expecting early November. Currently in the market for a wonderful a pediatrician. Would love recommendations. Thank you.

We're looking for a home in the Cypress area and we've narrowed down our search to the following school pipelines:

1. Wells ES > Sprague MS > Bridgeland HS
2. Warner ES > Smith MS > Cy-Ranch HS

We believe being zoned to multi-school campuses can help our kid (and us) form life-long friendships with others within the same community. We also value a more evenly spread demographic, since our child is half Asian and Hispanic (we ruled out Coles Crossing / Cy-Woods HS for this reason).

But between BL and TL, we're unsure which to pick. BL seems to have all the hype with new builds, the Toro District, and the Howard Hughes brand recognition. But TL is more established, with a YMCA nearby, the Lone Star Cy-Fair College Kids Library, and seems to have more of a community feel.

America’s homeowners associations are running out of money — and patience.

Amid rising insurance premiums, drained reserve funds and increased safety measures in the wake of the Surfside condominium collapse, the country’s hundreds of thousands of homeowners associations are cracking down on delinquent residents.

Even more startling, HOAs are skipping grace periods and handing delinquent accounts over to attorneys.

HOA foreclosures spiked nearly 40% in two years to 6,376 properties in the first quarter, according to real estate analytics firm Attom, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, putting its pace ahead of overall mortgage foreclosure rates.

Does anyone know the full time tuition for these schools? Preschool and/or infant care.

Looking for a hair stylist that specializes in blonde highlights (touching up natural color). Willing to drive a little bit, but would prefer to stay close to cypress area if possible.

My garage door has started making a loud clicking noise whenever it opens and closes. It still works but something definitely isn't right.

We are moving to Bridgeland area in a month or so, from the Heights area. We have a toddler that just turned two, and another one coming next Jan.

Can you guys provide some suggestions on Preschool/Daycare?
I toured Ivy Kids Cypress Creek, Kids R Kids Bridgeland, and Goddard Cypress. And we are leaning towards Ivy Kids or Kids R Kids, but wanted to hear some candid opinions.

My daughter will be a freshman starting tomorrow, freshman orientation last week had 0 information and was just a pep rally, they just released the schedules on the home access center and I have no idea how to even read it and she has no idea where any of these classes are because there wasn’t even like a tour of the school before hand??

I was leaving the Kroger's on Tuckerton, out of the back exit where the grocery pick-up is.

In the middle of the street was a full ring of keys, a Nissan key fob and all of it was on a lanyard. It was a Prairie View college lanyard.

I stopped and picked them up so they would not be run over, my car is in the shop today, but tomorrow I am going to take them to the Kroger's concierge type lady and turn them in as lost keys.
