Bug in the system? Why the difference between graph and depicted price?

As you can see the pice is depicted at 106,34 while in the graph is 108,96. Why the difference. At which price should a potential buying/ selling proceed?

Degiro app issues with WiFi lately?

I cannot open the app via WiFi but works on mobile data. Web version works fine too. I have tried all resets, cleared data and cache, reinstalled the app, on Android. Anybody else has the same experience, for the last few days?
