Silcencer Shop v. ATF injunctive relief extended to all citizens

I'm sure you've all heard the good news.

https://www.atf.gov/media/30961/download

"Although the district court’s injunction applies only to plaintiffs and certain other specified persons, the Department has determined to exercise its enforcement discretion to create greater uniformity, consistent with the Attorney General’s statement today. Consequently, effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation"

My question is, since the DE AWB is for semiautomatic, centerfile RIFLES and PISTOLS, can a gunshop transfer or can I build a semiautomatic, centerfire, AOW and still be in compliance? I assume since non-nfa others over 26" OAL are legal, then under 26" OAL should be legal.

Non NFA others 9mm

I’ve got a question about overall length I was looking to build a bufferless “ar9” with a folding brace, would the open position of the brace be overall length or from the pic rail?

Legality Question on Rifles

So I've been wondering this one...

Obviously DE has every restriction possible on AR style rifles (hopefully not for much longer) but what makes the S&W MP15-22 legal in Delaware?

Does the ban not include things chambered in 22LR or what is it that I'm missing? My sons want to pick up some new fun rifles but options are limited. They love ther 15-22 but we were looking at a few SBR in 9mm and I told them that unfortunately I don't think they get around the ban and my oldest asked "Then why does the 22?" which got me thinking...
