Guys I need your advice, I bought a bag which arrived damaged, I paid insurance and contacted the TS. I’ve been offered a new bag although they don’t have the original colour I wanted, but I’m being asked to pay for postage. I’m being told that the insurance is for the package to arrive and not for damage during transportation. However I’m now checking the QC photos and if I zoom in I can see the damage before the items being sent. What would you guys do? I’ve attached photos of the damage once I received the bag. And the QC photos which if you zoom in you can see it’s already there, I did not notice before to be honest but I’m surprised the seller missed the damage. Screenshots of convo too. Should I just pay the postage and get the new bag or pay as it seems the damage was already there and I also missed it in the QC photos? First two pics are once the bag arrived, the others are the ones she sent, if you zoom in I’m sure the damage is there before sending, what do you think?

My new mini marmont has arrived and i am so pleased with it. I know the black chevron colorway is nothing new but it is a total must have for a reason. I’m looking for some advice or a reality check. A few years ago, I used to buy from an amazing seller who had incredible quality for really competitive prices. Unfortunately, she stopped selling replicas a while ago.
I’ve recently started looking around again for a reliable seller with good quality and fair pricing, but I’m honestly shocked by the prices being quoted right now.
For example, I was quoted €180 (including shipping to the Netherlands) for this Chanel top, and €300 for this Zimmermann dress.
Is this the new normal nowadays, or am I looking in the wrong places? I’d love to hear your thoughts on current pricing, and if anyone has recommendations for reliable sellers who aren't overcharging, please let me know (or feel free to DM me).

Ordered this from rainbow bag as the reviews seem to be consistent and I was not let down. I give this bag a 9/10. Here you can see comparisons of a genuine neverfull vs the one I just purchased from rainbow. Materials are excellent, edge paint matches my wife’s genuine Alma we just bought, dimensions of straps are spot on, hardware is an EXACT match, leather trim is genuine, and stitching is great as well. Only differences I could spot is the black print on the inside is lighter than the original, and the logo printed along the inside seam of the bag font is just a tad smaller on the original. Amos it came with a chemical smell (I was hoping for more leather smell when opening the package). Either way I will buy again, great communication and shipping speeds.
