my regular person is getting really expensive, shes great quality and i trust her but prices are up so much, was just wondering if anyone out there had a connect, that you still buy on DHGATE, not a third party, but had actual 1/1 quality stuff?

looking for more in the $100 or less range? is that just a fantasy these days? to get quality at that price?

Can I change my order at all because I ordered the wrong size shirt but can’t alter the order any help or tips?

Ok I had purchased 2 retro manchester united jerseys customized with player name and numbers on both. The arrived and the sizes were off by more than the 2-3cm allowed variance based upon the sellers measurement chart. They fit much smaller than expected even when I had sized up and went according to his chart.

Went through the dispute process to just do a 50% partial refund as DHGate suggests, the seller immediately declined it and came back trying to argue. It eventually went to DHGate mediation where they ruled in my favor - saying that I can get a full refund with return of items to seller, and that the seller is to cover the return shipping cost.

However, this feels almost like a worse outcome as ive been reading horror stories about the shipping process and sellers just refusing to accept the delivered goods leaving it in limbo and them never releasing the refund etc. It also seems odd that they would want me to return customized jerseys, as i imagine it would be much harder to try to re-sell them vs standard plain jerseys.

And then the seller messaged me saying he will only cover a shipping cost of 50% of the purchase cost of my original order, and id be out of pocket on the rest, which for this looks like id be out $10-15 right there.

Do I have any other options at this point once it was mediated by DHgate? Do I trust the seller as I try to return these jerseys? Do I just suck it up and not try to refund at all? Its not the end of the world for me, it was more the principle as the seller tried to accuse me of lying and using jerseys i didnt order from him (which was completely false), but that also now makes me think he might be a jerk in the refund/return process.

Looking for a Kelly, specifically! I’d love the leather to be as soft as the real bags. Not that I would know what that feels like as I’ve never even been in the same room as one. But you get the gist. TIA!
