Fixing inside of kitchen cabinets

I know my cabinets are old and outdated, but we don’t have the budget to replace them right now. Having said that, is it there a way to fix the inside? Paint is peeling off, there are two holes, texture is wrong … any suggestions? Pics for reference

Where to start.

We currently have a new visitor inside the attic area. I am wondering where to start to replace this area and future proof from happening again. The bird is currently in the nest.

Trying to get a reality check on an electrical quote I received for my garage remodel.
I was quoted a little over $3,400 to add 4 new outlets in my garage. All of the outlet locations are roughly within 15 feet to 20 ft of the breaker panel. So in effort to reduce cost. I’ve decided to only get 3 outlets added.
From what I understand, part of the job involves rerouting/reorganizing some existing circuits in the panel to make room for a tandem breaker or two since the panel is totally full already.
The outlets would mainly be used for:
A treadmill (dedicated use)

Mini fridge

TV

Sound bar

One of the outlets/circuits would likely be dedicated for the treadmill, while the other would handle the mini fridge + electronics.
The electrician also mentioned:
Running wire above the ceiling and through finished walls

Cutting drywall for access (I would handle patching myself afterward)

Installing GFCI breakers/outlets

Just trying to get a better idea of what people typically pay for something like this. I’ve attached pictures so you can see where the outlets are going and get a better idea.

Ceiling fan help

Hey everyone! I have a ceiling fan that hasn't turned on since purchasing our home 2 years ago. The light turns on and I do hear the fan attempting to kick on when I try to turn it on. The fan is new and likely has not ever been turned on so I'm hoping it's not broken just installed incorrectly. Any advice on how to make it work?
