My friend and I have finalized a spacious 2BHK near Juhu Circle (around 2.5 km from NMIMS/Mithibai) and we're looking for 4 more female flatmates to complete the flat. (Total 6 sharing)

Details:

Rent: ~ around ₹15,000 per person/month

2 spots available in one bedroom and 2 spots available in the hall (2-sharing in each space)

AC in both bedrooms and the hall

Non-veg allowed

For context i have 93%ile and i m thinking of taking mechanical here can I take ebc in spot rounds

And also is it worth 1.3Lakh per year as I m gen but my family is really financially unstable and i will be taking a huge loan of 5-6 Lakh for this college so is it worth it?

Also i can't take as my parents mindset is set in a way that they think drop is criminal behaviour and I will loss one year and waste my whole life and for ews it will a take a lot of Time to make that which i clearly don't have

Can I get admission in DJSCE , CE branch with 97.16 percentile in ILS rounds.

I am from Gujarati Minority.

can i get djsce at 95.3? with gujju minority?

Urgent cause I need to know if I'll get into DJSCE so that I can get a full refund from a different college. I got 96 percentile in cet. Will I be able to get Extc in spot/ils? (General female not gujrati).

So.. If I get DJS in ils rounds then am I supposed to pay full fees for all 4 years or just the first year full fees and then category wise fees which is like half

I've got 98.51%ile and am looking forward to join dj.

To be specific, i want to join the IT dept which closed at 98.09 last year in spot and 98.08 something in ILS.

Can I expect to get in this year with 98.51? How sure can I be about it?

So I might join DJSCE in case things go south and cutoffs for other colleges I have prioritised increase. What branch can I get with 98.6 in MHTCET? Realistically, is CSE allied branch in the spot round possible?

Also here are a few questions I have about DJSCE:

- How is the cording culture?

- How is the campus life compared to other colleges in Mumbai in Pune, from what I have researched it's much more chill.

- What's the hostel situation? Are the hostels good and are there even enough rooms to accommodate all students or would I need to live in a PG or anything like that? Cuz the campus area is extremely small.

- How does it compare to colleges like VIT pune, Walchand overall?

- Is there an extreme academic burden or is it more chill? Are the faculties strict?

- Do you like being here ?

I would appreciate anybody answering these. Help me out.
