Yup, in June Draft kings locked my account with 10k in there and restricted withdrawals. I wasn't doing anything malicious just trying to use their prediction site. I did deposit the 10k, withdraw it, then deposit back but not sure thats enough of a red flag to lock my account for over 4 months. I email them constantly but get the runaround email "Your account requires identity verification and has been restricted while we review. We've escalated this matter and are hoping to resolve it as soon as possible"

I have supplied every document necessary to verify myself and my funds. Does anyone know what I can do to get my account unlocked so I can get my OWN MONEY withdrawn? Based in GA btw...(what makes this worse is I own shares in this company, like wtf man)

DraftKings is singlehanded the worst Sportsbook there is. Their customer service is the laziest most incompetent people in the business. These are people who would be working at McDonald’s if gambling wasn’t legal, remember that next time you use DraftKings!
