My Old CD Book
Y’all inspired me to pull out my old CD books, thanks for the nostalgia. Bonus that I still had one of the cases and the inserts! More nostalgia!

Today, we remember LeRoi Moore, the brilliant saxophonist and founding member of Dave Matthews Band. His soulful playing, creativity, and unmistakable sound helped define the band’s music and left an enduring mark on countless fans. Though his life was cut far too short, his music and legacy continues to live on. May his memory always be a blessing for all who knew him and we hold his friends and family in the light.
Anyone know where to find this one? I tried buying from DMB shop but says digital download unavailable. How can you run out of a digital download? lol
Lots of convo and this is the end of our convo.
Does anyone know when the transfer period for Fiddler’s Green tickets opens? With Ticketmaster it was like 12-14 days before the event, but we’re at 10 days now and I still can’t transfer the tickets!
I must have boxed it away during a move. Plan 9 Records in Richmond had a special promotion for the CD and tickets to the tour opening night. Best friend and I camped on the sidewalk all night to get them.
EDIT - The signatures are real. Plan 9 Records had a long relationship with DMB since Richmond was like their second home. The band signed a bunch of CD inserts and the signatures may not have been precise but that doesn’t make them any less legitimate. It would have been silly to fake the signatures in 1996, DMB wasn’t iconic then. I don’t care if you have an autograph that looks different because I know what it is. My first show was in 1992 but tell me again about how you know better.
Very emotional show throughout the entire band. Considering the tragic loss of their bandmate they still hold it together and play their hearts out. From the beginning of Boyds nostalgic violin sound to Daves epic wail this is truly a well captured moment in DMB history.

Finding the band again after decades and deep diving since then and even more recently getting into the poster side, I have a question that may be common knowledge but I’ll ask anyway:
Does the Warehouse do regular mystery tube drops or is it just chance and when they decide they have to clear some inventory?
I know the last one had some “bummers” and some amazing finds and I’d like to take a chance on the next one, whenever it is.
Hi - I land in Seattle on Fri Sept 4 at 9:30 am. Meeting my crew at the Gorge for the weekend but am the only one flying into Seattle. Happy to chip in for gas. Let me know if you're willing to share a ride! I will only have one small bag.
Hasn’t been played as a standalone song since 5.21.22. It’s long overdue for a liberation. Would be great with Jake bursting to play Boyd’s violin parts.
Highly underrated song IMO.
Baby when I get home
I wanna believe in Jesus
Hammer in the final nail
Help me pick up the pieces
Everything starts to fall
So fast that it terrifies you
When will you hit the wall?
Or are you gonna learn to fly?
No one would believe it
Except for all the people
Watching as you fly away
Was listening to the Live Trax on random play all while mowing, the band was jamming out an outro and the crowd started singing one of the other outros. DMB just kind of went with it and when it was over Dave said something like, " we just let you all lead on that one." And Carter kind of laughed and said, "ya, we did."
Anyone know which song/album that was?
Warehouse folks! I'm a DMB fan and a UW student and was just curious if y'all know what prices are looking like all around the Kohl Center (100's, 200's, etc). Trying to convince my friends to go and they want to know what prices are looking like, so any info helps! Thanks in advance!
Apologies if these have already been asked, first time ever doing ticket request with the Warehouse. A couple questions:
1: when you get your request (hopefully) fulfilled, are the actual seat #’s picked for you or do you get to pick!
2:What are these greyed out areas in the concert venue where I am requesting tickets?
We came to the Gorge about 10 years ago and had an incredible time, but we realized afterward that we spent most of the weekend hanging around camp, making new friends, grabbing supplies, and getting to the shows. We missed the winery, and the river. Basically we partied our faces off and had an amazing time!
This time we're staying in Terrace, and we'd really like to leave the SUV parked as much as possible, but, want to venture out for some new experiences. Walking, shuttles, or hitching a ride with others all sound better than trying to be the designated driver.
If you had one free afternoon at the Gorge, how would you spend it?
I'm not looking for a list of attractions. I'm curious what you actually make time for every year and why.
I'm curious...
Is a DMB show similar vibes as a Phish show?
Is there a big overlap in fanbase?
I ask, because I honestly felt like Phish were pretty much in the same category as Barenaked Ladies* or something before I saw them live, and realised...huh...This is certainly something else...And of course, fell in love with the band
Would I get the same thing at a DMB show? A band I put in the same category as the Goo Goo Dolls or something...
*Not intending to be dismissive - Because I actually rate BNL...But they are no Phish
Immediately diving into the deep cuts and older shows. Thanks DMB and nugs!
Dave Matthews has been such an inspiration to me. His playing, songwriting, live show. He’s a true one-of-a-kind! This is me attempting one of my favourite tunes by them.
