I have seen energy buff on the endgame like 2-3 times with dot, is this LC worth it? If so do u run pan-cosmic as planetary set since its super hard to reach the EHR limit with Hysilens?
Hello! I’m a new player looking to invest in a team. From the 5* selector I chose Kafka because she was someone I liked and I am now looking to invest into DoT. I’m planning to pull for Hysilens and Black Swan whenever they rerun (e1s1 to begin and maybe eventually e6).
I need a 4th member to join and Cyrene came to mind. I like her design and her gameplay. I prefer to invest into characters I like then just have a broader range.
What would be the best eidolon to invest for Cyrene in a DoT team? I have tried her E0S1 but have found her ultimate to take a while to charge, especially without Hyacine and in a non-remembrance team. Would it be okay to stop at E2, or should I just go all in to E6?
Or is there a better 4th option to invest into? I am willing to pull eidolons if need be.

I have been trying to clear this new apoc a phew times and I haven't been able to find a good team for flame reaver, the thing is people tell me to use dot... Sadly hysilens doesn't like me as I have lost on her banner twice🫠 regardless I want to ask whats the best build for a team of Kafka black swan and sampo

I have 2 main teams, both at around 10 cost and those are Firefly and Castorice E2 with their best teammates and some eidolons or light cones.
The reason for asking is that i want a team at similar power at the same amount of investment, so can dot compare to these other characters or am i better off looking elsewhere?

I looked on the DOT guide but it only covers builds for the DOT dmg dealers. I read that he wants 160 SPD and 75% EHR (for Kafka's Talent). My DHPT is running Gepard's LC to help reach the EHR requirement and most of the substat rolls went into EHR to reach 75%, so how am I meant to reach 160 SPD when I've used the rolls for EHR? Help!
Haven't really invested in DoT but planning to do so. I'm thinking of getting Kafka and Black Swan but I'm unsure whether to get Hysilens or not. I know she's good but I'm wondering whether there's other options for DoT or if she's really needed for the team to work.
I have E1 Jiao Qiu that I got back in the day but I don't really know if he would be good in a DoT team now. I've got Silver Wolf base form and the recent MBlade as well if thats any useful for DoT.
Another thing is for sustain, would I use a Preservation unit with Trend? So like example DHPT/Aventurine using Trend or is someone like Huohuo better for DoT?
I have 3 Golden companion spirits. Do I use one for HuoHuo so I can clear Starward mode, or do I skip for the sake of saving for a e6?
I realised that you overcap a ton of def-shred (running him on Pearls). So the global shred is already:
30%(16% Pearls) Blade
20.8% Swan skill and
25% Hysilens zone
plus 20% personal Arcana talent and 28.8% RR on Hysilens.
So in that case replacing the relics should be an upgrade as the 18% additional def ignore from 4 piece Prisoner is wasted. Is double atk% or atk%+dmg%(2 piece Diver) or wind/phys% better, are there any resources on this?
I'm kinda new to Dot and need some help with what stats I should go for. I'm planning to invest in their E1 once they rerun, but I mainly don't know what to do with their stat!
I need help on how to maximize my damage. I've watched a few guides on how to play my DOT but things keep changing and it confuses me. My current set (all e0s0 except for DHPT):
My question, who should have DHPT's bond? My setup (see photo) is always Hysilens first to give her all the attack boosts, but in other showcases I see people put Kafka first. I initially run Black Swan on SPD boots but changed it later to ATK. I usually get through just fine with this but I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Is this right?
I have e1s1 Hysilens and E0S0 Kafka with tutorial S5. i pulled them on hysilens banner and then a little bit after i stopped playing cuz life. I came back recently. I picked tribbie and hyacine on trial from the returnee event , so with them on the DOT team + eva team i cleared all endgame modes except AA. The returnee event is ending soon for me, so my DOT team is kinda screwed. I don't have a lot of options. Obviously i don't have black swan, and i exchanged the golden thingie for huo-huo. I think my only options are sampo, guinaifen or welt e1s1 (i don't have any limited supports besides cerydra lmao). Who should i choose to build for the team while i beg to the heavens for a black swan rerun?

I got E1S1 BS and Hysilens, E1 Kafka, and E1 HH (Honestly she hurts here, I lost several runs because I forgot to save an ult for after the big bomb and one of my guys got lasered immediately after). This is the first AA where I feel like my damage just isn't enough, because maybe I'm just somehow playing stupidly, but I always seem to end with 4 cycles used, only one time I barely managed to get 3 cycles. I'm making sure to use Kafka's follow up attacks on big boss for one of the buffs, and I try to kill as many of the adds as I can for the vulnerability, but nothing seems to work for the 2 cycle here.
I know that Kafka is the one detonating most of the DoTs, however I also know that DoT is being carried by Hysilens. Does that mean I should prioritize Physical or Lightning weak enemies?
Title, most places recommend 4pc Recluse, but CD in a DOT team is useless isn't it? Thinking if it'd be better to run 2pc Recluse + 2pc Speed? or just ignore the remaining 2pc set bonus and just go for the highest attack/EHR possible?
Also, BP LC or should I get Gepard's LC from the store?
My DoT team is currently 3 cycles on Knight 3 of 4.3 AA. It's just barely not making it... Do you think E1 or S1 Huohuo is worth it?
S1 ERR and Attack buff looks good, but QPQ also has really good energy...

Took some time this week to minimize overcapping on ehr and to maximize everyone’s atk!
I know Kafka’s chest piece is probably the most easily improved relic here, but unfortunately it’s the best I have for her right now speed tuning-wise. Any other improvements I could make?

I can get Kafka for free due to the event
I can get either HuoHuo or Ruan Mei for free with the golden companion
I can try to get Cyrene in the upcoming banners if she is important
If it's too late for me since I missed hysilens and BS, I will understand and just try to go Elation
Hi before i quit HSR i built kafka, sampo, bronya, and huohuo as my main dot team. As i love kafka so much, i managed to get her to e5s2 before leaving. I managed to get her to e6 from claiming the free reward, so what other characters should i aim for to replace my sampo and bronya.
