My kid loves the garbage truck and the DSNY workers that keep the city running.
We are going to be sanitation workers with a garbage truck for Halloween.
I went to buy clothes but it looks like all of the real uniforms you need an ID. Is there any tips on where to buy clothes? Do any stores not ID?
Which one is better to work for.
Salary? Overtime? Work life balance?
I’m on the job and would like to join the military. Anyone know if the department would allow that? I know they are pro-military and allow people to be reservists & be on and off the job no problem with military leave…
But what if I’ve been on the job a few years, off probation, and would like to pursue the military alongside DSNY? Active duty or reserves.
