This happened back in March 2026 as I was coming out of an event.
Literally nothing I could have done, I was very much on my side of the road and he drove right up the middle and hit me.
The car was out of service for a full month; I suppose I should be grateful it wasn't more than that.

I was coming out of a side street to a regularly congested intersection - fortunately, the direction I needed to go was clear.
Unfortunately, broseph also took the same opportunity to pull into the oncoming lane to try and get to the side street faster.

This is at the Devanahalli toll plaza, heading towards Hebbal. The lane I was in had been stalled for two to three minutes; drivers were already impatient and honking.

Also, he would have scratched my vehicle if I had not switched lanes.

Bro got into an accident, asked random passersby to pick up the bikes and park them on the side. Just so that he himself could rush to take off the lady's sock and inspect her foot. Dude sat right into a pile of garbage so that he could take that strategic position. The woman seems to be too shocked (from the accident/fall) to actually realise what just happened. Or is bro just being polite here?

Today, while I was taking a U-turn, a car from the middle lane suddenly overtook me and cut into the U-turn queue. As a result, our cars collided and both sustained scratches. The other driver immediately got out of his car and started arguing with me.

Please let me know who is at fault in this situation.

With a problem this obvious and this blatant, why is Pune traffic police not doing anything about it ?

Also note peak shamelessness of the drivers and riders who still go around.

What is the solution ?

Also I highly recommend not getting into any kind of confrontation on Pune roads as you never know who might pull out a Koyta or call 10-15 "पोरं" to vandalize your car/bike and beat you senseless. This driver was brave(or foolhardy, in Pune context).

Whether can be a solution ever with the kind of general population we harbour ?

I was taking a left and this guy bumps into my blind spot at the turn, without helmet. My speed must not be more than 20.

The only thing maybe I could've done is take a narrow turn, but since I frequently go at this road, I know there are people coming from opposite side.

I stopped, and said to this guy: why are you blocking the road ? Traffic getting affected. Someone will hit you.

The guy said without changing any expressions: (in english) Traffic is moving smoothly !!

Damn. I said have some civic sense, you people.

Nothing else I could do then.
