The man running India doesn’t trust the markets like retail does!

Not gonna lie, seeing this portfolio during peak Indian trading culture is honestly funny 😭Whole country is discussing options, leverage, AI stocks, crypto, SIPs, weekly expiries and “multibaggers”..… while the PM is sitting with FDs, NSCs, gold rings and cash.

Meanwhile retail traders are surviving strict SEBI rules, crazy volatility, operator moves and emotional damage daily just trying to beat inflation. Maybe the real multibagger was peace of mind all along.

If Meta gives 15% in dollars, why would retail come back here?

Lately I’ve noticed more people around me talking about US stocks than Indian equities, especially after seeing companies like Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia etc keep compounding strongly in dollar terms.

Honestly, I kind of understand the shift. Between taxes, regulations, sideways markets and global uncertainty, a lot of retail investors feel exhausted here sometimes. Not saying Indian markets are bad at all, but if someone starts getting stable long-term returns in US markets, bringing that money back emotionally becomes difficult too.

Curious what others think, temporary trend, or the beginning of a bigger shift?

While the crowd cheers for the victory, the warrior honors the lonely hours spent practicing in the dark.
