I am deciding between a rugged shockproof matte black case and a slim clear case. The rugged one offers great protection but makes the phone bulky while the clear one looks clean but might turn yellow over time. What do you guys think?

What should I label my cutting boards?

It would be kind of a ghetto house party and I would be going by myself. Normally, I wouldn’t do something like this, but I have no other plans for the Fourth of July and no friends to do anything with. I am in my mid 20s, but I’ve never actually been to a house party, and a guy I recently started talking to has invited me to this one, so I’m curious.

I am 23 and I feel so insecure to get braces. Like they will just ruin my look. But my teeth look bad cuz I got a slightly open bite. So i wanna fix that. My orthodontist told me invisalign takes about 2 years and it won’t give you the result that braces would. Then she recommended ceramic braces that were white so they won’t be that noticeable…

Idk if i should get them because: 1. I feel insecure about it but I also feel insecure about the current state of my teeth
2. My teeth are kinda yellow so I don’t know how white ceramic braces would look, but because I am a blondie, metal ones look even worse. Plus looks matter to me so I don’t want them to be so noticeable.
3. I am scared. The discomfort, pain but also the fact that I will have brackets on my mouth kinda scares me. Cuz what if one of them falls and I choke on it. (im dramatic but hey it might happen)

So I can’t decide for myself, so decide for me.

I am buying a new smartwatch and both color options cost the exact same. My wardrobe consists almost entirely of dark clothes so I am torn between matching the vibe or adding a contrast. Should I go with black to blend in or silver to make it pop?

I moved a few months back and made an appointment with a new hairstylist. She forgot about our appointment the first time I was supposed to come to her, and she admitted that. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I rescheduled. We got along really well and the work was good enough for the price. I made another appointment with her and she showed up to that. I was supposed to meet her again yesterday and she no showed. I texted her 15 minutes after the appointment time just to check in, and then when I hit 30 minutes I decided I was done waiting because it felt sort of disrespectful of my time. She followed up about an hour later apologizing and saying it wasn’t on her schedule, but I watched her write it in her appointment book before I left last time.I really like her as a person, but every time I have an appointment with her I feel like it’s a gamble whether she’ll show up or not. I understand she’s got a lot going on in her personal life but at the same time it’s disrespectful of my time and I don’t want to have to worry whether she’ll show. There’s another place in town that has similar prices that I’m thinking about trying, but she works out of her house and sometimes that makes me nervous.

My husband and I will be taking a trip this October likely the 10th-13th for our anniversary. Should we go to Salem, Mass. or somewhere in Maine?? We fully understand that Salem is going to be very busy and full of us tourist, and we are okay with that. We don’t have any idea where to go in Maine, but have always been interested in going there!
