Just got a message, need help decoing what this means

This is the text i recieved, i have no idea what this means, ive tried all sorts of methods like taking to top part of letters i.e: i j = . and T F Z E = _ for morse but it doesnt seem to work.
It is confirmed that it has some meaning behind it and isnt some jibberish. If anyone has any idea please help.

I found this letter/ puzzle in my basement I don't know if it was from my kids for my ex or from my current girlfriend, I have no idea what it means can anybody help?
