Completed three rounds in Deloitte usi. Now the status changed to offer in progress in the career portal. Need to attend the HR discussion hereafter. My YOE is 5 and CTC is 14LPA Including 9% variable. How much I can ask them while discussing with HR. My current job is fully remote.😂

I am a NLA campus hire. I had my name misspelled in my profile and somehow hadn't noticed until today when I received my offer letter.

In my last name there's a misspelling. Where do contact for a fast resolution? I've already sent an email to the 'usiconsultativeofferingscampus' address.

Is it possible to sign it as it is and correct the details later? There is a 3 day deadline on signing the offer letter.

Please any information would be appreciated.

I recently joined Deloitte USI as a fresher and I need some guidance regarding the Well-being Subsidy and USI Smartphone Program.

I heard that the Corporate Amex card is mainly meant for these programs. I was thinking of not applying for the Amex card and instead paying myself if that's allowed.

Can someone please explain:

Is it possible to claim the Well-being Subsidy and Smartphone Program without an Amex card?

If yes, what is the complete process?

If using the Corporate Amex card is simpler or recommended, could someone explain how to apply for it and how to use it for these claims, step by step?

What are the do's and don'ts?

How do I submit the claim and get the reimbursement?

Are there any common mistakes I should avoid?

A step-by-step explanation from someone who has already used these benefits would be really helpful.

I have recently joined Accenture india as Guidewire QA and I was on bench for a month. Now they assigned me to a temporary project which is only for 3 months.

I was looking out and got offer from Deloitte. And they are offering same ctc as Accenture. Is it a good move to join Deloitte?.. I dont want to go on bench and again look for projects so want to know if Deloitte USI has good number of Guidewire projects or not.

I completed two interview rounds for an SC role and was informed that I had cleared them. I was supposed to have a final-round interview, but it was delayed because the panel was unavailable.

After that, I received no updates for nearly two weeks. Today, I received a rejection email, while the portal shows that my profile has been “matched with another position.”

Has anyone experienced something similar? Does this usually mean they may consider me for another role, or is it just a portal status update?

Hi Everyone, I need some insights regarding my onboarding to Deloitte usi . My doj is 6th July Monday and today is 4th so far I have only received a mail to attend a zoom call on Monday and collect the laptop at the given location on 7th Tuesday.

But nothing regarding orientation or anything, is it an virtual onboarding or something ? because all my friends who are currently working on Deloitte had a 2days orientation

I got my pht mail on 12th of june on 5th day after my R3 and post that i got my HR call on last sunday that is 28th june the HR asked me basic question and told me he is going to call me on Monday or Tuesday for final confirmation, post that i didn’t receive any call from him so i texted him on Wednesday and called him on Friday but no response. I’m not able to understand like how much time does it take for offer letter or am i even selected?? If anyone could help with some info on what to do. Or how much time does it take ??
This is getting more stressful than interviews😂

I wanted to get your opinion on my situation.

I interviewed for an SAP VIM Support role at Deloitte. I completed my managerial round on June 19 and i was informed that RM will reach me regarding next steps and fee days after different POC got my alternative to mail from naukari, has contacted me for an interview for same profile has checked internally and informed me my profile was shortlisted and so it will show duplicate if she process again and asked me to wait a few more days for the next update.

Since then, I haven’t received any communication. I’ve sent a follow-up email and have also tried calling HR, but I haven’t received a response yet. In the candidate dashboard my job application status is showing as“interview in process”.

Is this kind of delay normal? Has anyone experienced a similar waiting period after being told they were shortlisted? How long did it take before you received the next update or an offer?

I’m really interested in this opportunity, so the uncertainty has been difficult. I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice.

I have received my offer letter and my DOJ is 6th July. My BGV is 100% completed and I have completed all my formalities but I haven't been assigned an Onboarding Officer yet and my HR isn't responding to my mails and calls.
As I have to relocate to different city and have a flight to catch, I am worried what should I do?

I recently received another offer with better compensation. If I discuss this with Deloitte HR and ask whether they can match or improve the offer, is there any chance they could withdraw my offer?

I recently received and accepted an offer from Deloitte USI. However, due to some unforeseen personal circumstances, I now want to request a location change from Mumbai to Bengaluru, which is much closer to my hometown.

The problem is that I don't know whom to contact for this. The HR who coordinated with me throughout the interview process is not answering my calls or replying to my emails. I also emailed the USI New Hire Registry, but I haven't received any response yet.

Does anyone know the right team or point of contact for such requests? Has anyone here successfully got their joining location changed before onboarding?

0-10 variable pay apart from ctc

If i choose new regime what would be my take home per month?

I have another offer from LTM with 20.5 fixed + 0-10% variable.

LTM is offering me the highest but everywhere I see there is not much SAP projects in LTM and I will be mostly benched. In Deloitte USI the scope for SAP is great but horrible wlb.
