Goodies Survey Issue

Goodies Survey Issue

I received the Deloitte USI goodies survey, but the Microsoft Forms link says I need a work/school account. I tried my college account and multiple Gmail accounts, but none work. Has anyone faced this and found a solution?

Deloitte India Attitude Issues

We've got a sold opportunity at Deloitte USI, but no one's available to staff it right now. My SM told us to check with the Deloitte India POC about their staff. They started sending profiles where people with less than 3 years of experience exaggerated their past work. After just 5 minutes of chatting about their projects, it was clear these were fake experiences or copied from internet.

I interviewed a Deloitte India Manager who bragged about deploying modular pipelines for a life sciences client, but couldn't explain how code deployment works. He thought raising a PR on GitHub moved the code to higher environments, with no clue about the actual code bundle or movement using actions.

To save time, I gently ended the interview after a few more questions, saying I'd get back to him, and marked him as rejected. He escalated it to my leadership, saying I asked absurd technical questions, and even called my mobile to say, "who am I to reject him for that role?" Luckily, I had already told my SM and MD about it, and they handled it.

It's understandable if someone doesn't know the deep tech stuff and needs to learn, but this was a shocker. Has anyone else dealt with this before?

Hi everyone,

I am most probably joining deloitte usi Hyderbad on 21st September.

I have received my offer letter which doesn't include the amount of initial relocation assistance which was primarily agreed to be maximum 50k. The amount column is empty.

What should I do will my initial travel expenses be covered or as it is not mentioned I have to bare my expenses?

Air Tickets for Parents & Brokerage reimbursement.

Hey everyone, my joining is on Monday, but unfortunately my parents won’t be able to accompany me since my dad recently fractured his hand. They’re planning to travel to my base location about a month later.

So, I wanted to check:

Airfare reimbursement: Would I still be eligible to claim reimbursement for their tickets if they travel a month after my joining? Also, what is the usual timeline for submitting and receiving the reimbursement?

Brokerage reimbursement: Initially, I’m planning to stay in a PG for around 2 months so I can get familiar with the city and decide which area I’d like to live in before taking a flat. Would brokerage expenses still be reimbursable if I take a flat within, say, 3 months of joining?

Would really appreciate it if anyone who has gone through this process could share their experience. Thanks!

Got rejected in GD round

Deloitte came to our campus for hiring, In batches we were going for GD round 10 at a time . I spoke , maybe my English stuttered a lil more than usual but i thought i will get selected. Because the selection chances were 40 out of 100. Deloitte was my dream company , I can't handle this ( i can but it feels soo wrong ) 😭.

Highest L35 Fixed Salary?

Hey guys!

I’ve seen people mention L35 offers ranging anywhere from ₹16L to ₹40 fixed (Yes 40!)

That’s a ridiculously wide range 😅

For those who’ve come across L35 lateral offers recently, what’s the highest fixed compensation you’ve heard being offered for an L35 lateral?

Curious to know what the upper end of the range actually looks like.

Would you switch to Deloitte USI for a 33% hike?

Currently WFH. Got an offer from Deloitte USI requiring relocation to Bengaluru/Hyderabad with a 33% hike. After rent, commute, and other expenses, the actual savings increase would be much lower.
My current company recently went through a merger and layoffs have started.
Would you relocate for a 33% hike at Deloitte USI, or stay and wait for a better opportunity?

DelUsi

Hi everyone,

I’m joining Deloitte USI in Hyderabad on 7th September. My background verification is currently in progress, and the latest First Advantage status shows “Delayed” with 86% completion.

  1. Is 86% BGV completion considered normal/good at this stage, especially with my joining date approaching? Should I be concerned about the “Delayed” status?

  2. My role will be in a night-shift setup. I was informed that there are 3 possible shift timings, and the exact timing will depend on the project.

Could anyone who has recently joined Deloitte USI Hyderabad please clarify:

- How early are we usually informed about our exact shift timing?

- Will the shift timing be communicated before the first day, during onboarding, or only after project allocation?

- If anyone has joined recently with a similar setup, how was it communicated to you?

Any recent experiences or insights would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Deloitte BGV Query: Undisclosed past companies in EPFO + Address check for remote work?

Hey everyone,

I am in the process of joining Deloitte and have a couple of questions regarding their Background Verification (BGV) process. I’d really appreciate insights from anyone who has recently gone through it:

  1. EPFO / Undisclosed Past Companies:
I have two previous stints that appear in my EPFO member service history, but I did not mention them on my resume/application. I never faced any issues with this in my previous two companies.
\- Does Deloitte do an automated UAN/EPFO fetch to match exact employment history?
\- If these two undisclosed companies show up in EPFO, will BGV flag it as a discrepancy, or do they only verify what is declared on the BGV form? Should I declare them on the BGV portal if asked?

  2. Address Verification for Remote Work:
I also understand they ask previosu addresses for companies i work but i used to live in a rented room and pg and i have no owners living there as well, so can i mention remote work and my home address instead?
\- How does address verification work for remote employees?
\- Is submitting standard ID proof / rental agreement sufficient, or do they mandate a physical visit to the address?

Would love to hear from folks who have been in a similar situation. Thanks in advance!

Im really sick of it!

I’m a campus hire (Engineering graduate) who was selected on 14th September 2025. I received my LOI on 4th April 2026, and I still have zero idea when or where I’ll receive my offer letter.

At this point, I’m starting to believe the offer letter is a mythical creature.

Maybe someone who’s already working there can help me out.,

Much Appreciated
