WFO : In Office Compliance %

Hi Everyone,

Seeking some information related to what % of office compliance one needs to mantain in the year in order to ensure their bonus/hike is not taking a hit ?

I've had a colleague tell me that in Global Tax it was announced in an AHM that for Managers and above it is 50% + , SC 75% and C 90%+.

Is it applicable for all OPs ? Or will the decision be vested on the leadership to tailor that threshold.

100% cannot be a realistic number, because more than 75% people from my MO have missed atleast 1 week since January (i got my conversations on the floor). If all their bonuses get a hit due to it, then there will be sure shot exodus.

Seeking any legit information on the same

2027 Performance Metrics

Hi
I have recently joined DeloitteUSI in the month of Feb 2026. I had briefly worked for a few weeks on a project when I was asked to submit 2027 performance evaluation for that project work before the end of April.
My team lead filled that evaluation on 1st May 2026, which is kinda late. Now when I try to check my performance metrics, I don't see anything there. Is it because he filled it late? Would it have any impact on May bonuses?
What to do?

Can experienced folks at USI help in guiding:-

  1. How is this snapshot for the first 4-5 months in the project?

  2. How to move ahead beyond this? What concrete steps to take?

Consultant Salary Negotiation

I've completed final round for consultant, I have 3+ Years of experience with a pretty low package of 6.5L CTC. How much should I ask for during my salary negotiation call with HR? What is the salary range for a consultant with my years of experience?

Analyst Expected Salary

Hi, I got a call today regarding expected CTC. I have 1 year 9 months of experience and my current fixed CTC is 4.5 LPA. Initially, I was interviewed for a Consultant role, but after the final interview, they changed the role to Analyst.

I mentioned my expected CTC as 8.5–9 LPA, but HR said she’s not sure whether it will get approved.

Does anyone have an idea if 9 LPA is achievable in this situation?

Salary Discussion

I am a SAP developer with 5.2 years experience. My current ctc is 15LPA. I have an offer with LTM for 18.5 LPA. Then I got another from Deloitte india for 16.5 to 18LPA. I showed my counter offer and fought with the HR for a month and they agreed for 19 to 20 LPA(18 - fixed). But the HR said they will release it only before 2 weeks from my last working day which is 20 June.

Now I have an hr discussion with Deloitte USI. How much can I ask? I am thinking of 20 LPA fixed and 10-20% variable pay. But I have only LTM offer letter and I don’t have Deloitte india revised offer letter.

How can I convince Deloitte USI HR?
How can negotiate to get the best offer?
Every companies initially said we can only offer 20% hike for 90 days notice period.
Now it’s my time to ask more since I am already serving notice.
Help me out!

Deloitte USI WFO doubt: Can Pune-base employees swipe in from Mumbai office and still get WFO counted?

Hey folks,
Need some clarity from people in Deloitte USI.
My base location is Pune and our SAP practice has Tuesday + alternate Friday as WFO days. But I’m currently staying in Mumbai and my project doesn’t specifically require me to be in Pune office.
So wanted to ask:
If I swipe in from Mumbai office instead of Pune, will it still count towards mandatory WFO compliance?

Is WFO tracking location-specific or just based on office swipe-in?

How many hours do we actually need to stay in office for it to count?

Has anyone done cross-office swipes regularly without issues?

Any compliance / HR / manager escalation risks later?

Would really appreciate answers from people who’ve actually done this recently in USI.
Thanks!
