Just wondering, does anybody know why all online retailers (in the UK) Juno / BopDj / West End DJ / The DJ Shop or Thomann have no Denon SC6000m in stock.

Are they outselling Pioneer?

Can't see them anywhere!

Serato, I'm having the same issue. Serato doesn't want to read my mixer. It starts off good, then it gives me a " failed to connect audio error. But it connects at first, then 10 seconds later it gives me that error.

Also, when i connect to Serato, my audio still plays out of my laptop, not the mixer. It's like its not reading it.

Hello everyone, just picked up a secondhand Prime 4, coming from a DDj-FLX4. After setting it up i’m afraid i may see why it was traded in. Channels 2,3 and 4 register master output indicated by the led’s for each channel and the master output led’s. Channel one does not register master output on master led’s and does not output sound without the channel cue button enabled, however the channel led’s register audio being played. Currently i am only using headphones as i am still learning the new (to me) controller and program. I have not found much if any info online and wondering if someone else has seen this before? Software is up to date as well and i have already tried a factory reset as well.

I am currently trying to figure out an setup for myself for my livingroom and SC Live 4 + LC6000 sounds like exactly what i want.

Ive been searching for a lot of info and am looking for someone who has played with this setup as a 3-deck standalone setup to share their experience with it.

I want to buy myself an secondary rig that has standalone capability, but also works with Djay. Has full controls for at least 3 decks (im tired of swapping layers to use my 3rd deck), can do streaming services and doesen't take too much space. I would be using the builtin speakers alongside my minirigs and the setup would never leave my Living Room.

Budget here isn not really an consideration but Pioneer products are banned in my household. I've been eyeing the prime 4+ as well, but i feel like its just too big in size for this purpose. I'll be setting it down on an Ikea Fjällbö counter that is 46cm in depth. I dont mind if the build quality is not fit for gigs, plastic is fine.

I am also bit concerned about the height difference of the controller+player. Is there an easy solution i can buy for this with minimal effort?

Im used to analyzing my stems with Nuo Stems for my Traktor setup which ive used for nearly 2 decades, so im curious if i could easily adopt that part of the workflow for this setup too if i use Lexicon to convert my library?

Ive never used Engine in my life, so i really dont know what its capable of.

I’ve purchased a brand new Prime GO+ from guitar center, screen was unresponsive right out of the box.

I returned that, and ordered through guitar center online, not once but TWICE the controller has been returned to sender (I stay in Hawaii)

I’m waiting on Sweetwater to get back to me with their shipping details, however I’m very skeptical already.

Sent a support ticket into DenonDJ, awaiting a response.

What’s your experience with the Prime GO+?

Is what I’m experiencing an anomaly or is this a consistent problem?

Is it worth purchasing? Or should I completely reconsider?

If I should reconsider, what controller would fall inline with the Prime GO+?

I purchased the above DJ controller last week and was recording my first mix directly to my USB. After I plugged my USB directly into my laptop and played it in my Apple Music library, I noticed the volume to be significantly quieter than other music in my library. Is that how it is supposed to be? I am assuming the main level volume doesn't effect the recording volume as I was just playing quietly at home. Also, my channel levels were set to halfway between min and max (pointing up). What would you set all levels to in order to get the best recording?

Ok, I know this is nuts. What if you could log into Bandcamp for streaming, AND if you like the tracks you find you could purchase them directly through your controller?

This way you could buy WAV files for offline DJing, have backups, and support the artists through Bandcamp.

Seems to me that this would be a formidable union.

Got lucky and found a new in box first gen Prime 4 for about 900 bucks. I'm looking to the veterans here. What are you recommend for the best SATA drive that works for you? It's primarily for home use so I figure a 1tb drive should do the trick but I've never worked with these all-in-one units before. Just looking for some tips out of the gate. Thanks.

Soldering is not my expertise at all, but with help of a few family members I finished the project.

400 individually addressable RGB LEDs, 5V WS2812B. Turns out I will only need 15% of its brightness, or else it’ll be waaaay too bright.

The whole system is controlled by DDP, connecting the DJ metadata to the Python script controlling the data. The DJ data is aware of the beatgrid and tempo etc, which made it possible to sync the logo in the way that it does.

I’m really happy with the end result.

i seem to have an issue where apple music will tell me that theres no internet connection when there clearly is but then when im finally able to try loading tracks from the library, itll tell me that the file isnt even there and ill literally have to spam loading them to the deck 😂

idk maybe the shit hates me but my experience with streaming has always been bad

I’ve been using Serato DJ Pro on my Denon SC Live 4 via Computer Mode for two days now, but I’ve run into a bit of a problem: the sound has started crackling and sometimes cuts out, only to come back a few seconds later. I was wondering if this is just happening to me or if others are experiencing the same thing. Thanks in advance, and have a great day.

Bonjour ça fait 2 jours que j’utilise serato dj pro sur ma denon sc live 4 grâce au computer mode mais petit problème depuis le son grésille et defois se coupe ouis revient quelques seconde après je me demandais donc si cela n’arrive que à moi ou pour vous cela fait pareil merci d’avance bonne journée
