I am a Prosthodontist and have difficulties obtaining reasonable Prosthodontic fees from MetLife PPO insurance through negotiation. MetLife has increased fees for D2740, but NO increase fees for similar Prosthetic work D67XX and Implant codes D6XXX. They also refuse to increase any other fees since they increase the D2XXX fees. Is there any strategy I can use to increase the Prosthodontic fees and other fees as well as a specialist?

How is your office handling all the open treatment plans that are in the database...seems like the front desk is working on it; but I am not seeing it getting converted to appointments on my PMS...how are your offices handling this; seems like all the money spent for acquiring leads and the time spent to present treatment is just like potential energy that goes untapped unless someone is really on top of this working this....need some ideas on what todo before spending more marketing dollars...
