House extension renovation costs estimate
Was quoted sa relative contractor namin ng 2.5M for this 63sqm (7m x 9m) house construction/extension for this property I bought thru pag ibig.
The amount was inflated and personally requested by yours truly para sa pag ibig construction application assuming if 2.5M nga ang maging approved loan amount.
The scope of work would be is extended ang floor area sa 1st and 2nd floor para maging covered ang garage and bagong drainage system since barado na existing pipes neto at nag DIY kasi ang dating owner.
Anyway kaya po ba pumasa yung actual construction costs ng 1M-1.5M lalo na if basic finish lang naman ang gagawin?
