Hi all, I'm visiting for a friend's birthday and would like to order the most absurdly fudgy and indulgent chocolate cake for the occasion. I've found some bakeries on Google and Yelp but am looking for personal recommendations specifically for the best chocolate cake in town. Where should I check out? Thanks!

I’m coming to Destin for a solo birthday weekend from 8/21-8/23. Long story short, it’s my 27th birthday, I’ll be 1000 days sober from alcohol, and I’ve lost almost 100 lbs from my heaviest weight. I just want a few nice pics of me all dressed up on the beach to celebrate these milestones!

We are traveling to Destin mid-to-late September and I am unsure what to do about beach chairs. We have always brought our own chairs, but it seems there is a rule at Emerald Dunes that personal chairs have to sit behind the beach rental chairs. We are coming to the beach to enjoy the ocean view, and traveling with a child, so we need to be able to see him in the water. Renting the chairs ahead of time from Barefoot Beach for 4 adults is over $700 plus taxes, and they tack on a "service fee" of $62 that they do not charge if rented in person. The rentals are nonrefundable, too. What if it rains? This seems insane to me. Is it beneficial to reserve chairs ahead of time? Will there be any gulf front space for personal chairs? I'll take any knowledge you have, as it has been a handful of years since we traveled to Destin.

So I’ve been wanting to go deep sea fishing in the gulf for a while. I’ve been out in the Atlantic in st Augustine twice and had a great time when bottom fishing but yeah basically does anyone have any recommendations for charters on the gulf side? Particularly the pan handle near Destin but any recommendations will be appreciated!!!

It would only be me and my dad probably. so everywhere I’ve looked into on the fishing websites and stuff seems pretty expensive even for just 4-6 hours unless we took the party boat route which don’t rlly wanna do that

I haven't taken a vacation in nearly 15 years and would like the most ideal conditions, as this may be my only chance at a vacation for the foreseeable future.

I used to love this pizza place, but it went out of business in 2020. Their gourmet chicken pizza was the best! Expensive, but worth the price.

Anyone know what happened to it? Or anyone have a menu with what toppings went on the gourmet chicken pizza? Or does anyone know the former owners?
