Is Deviantart burying my 3d renders of Jill and Leon from being discovered when users are searching for content?

I have the basic Core membership which for now have turned off automatic renewal. I'm getting the 1 Free Boost per month. I used it the other day and I've received over 50 favs, added to collections, some new watchers and comments. When the 2 day boost is finished, hardly any activity and goes quiet.

Why me & other people despise DA is because of the disgusting retards & & other bullpoop,don't believe me?...this vid explains everthing.

DeviantArt has a fantastic art community, but it’s a shame human made art gets drowned out by the massive amount of AI and fetish stuff, and all that fetish art gets more attention then people who make some REALLY good art.

Hey do any of you have experience with contacting Deviantart through an email or some employee directly?

I am aware that they have a contact formula and I have created a ticket which is urgent but it has been open for almost three weeks now.

This is a genuine question and I’d really appreciate any help.

EDIT: Any page with pictures or images/uploads will have this error pop up. If my inbox for example is empty, the site works fine. But being on any page with uploads causes it to "Aw snap" on me.

I see I'm not the only one having errors on the site, but does anyone have any potential fix for this specifically? DA works on firefox and chrome mobile (even when shown as desktop page), but apparently actual desktop chrome refuses to work.

I recently had a Daily Deviation feature, my first ever, and am trying to contextualise the numbers. I'm at 1.6 million views, which seems dazzyingly high for someone who's never ran a promotional campaign for their art and isn't a content creator, but I'm at 5 comments, which from my amateur knowledge of the internet suggests 100-1000 real views and 10.000-100.000 impressions with the standard statistic of a loose 1% per level change of engagement, with room down and up depending on the content's enticement level.

That 1% number is super flexible, and it's very possible my picture just didn't land very well with people, but 1.6 million views, even if it's just impressions, would still suggest ~16.000 direct engagements and ~160 comments. My real number of 5 comments is 3% of that, that's almost one full extra calculation step down.

So I'm wondering: What actually is counted as a "View" on Deviantart? Is it the amount of times the image has been loaded, is it the amount of real eyes that have seen the image, is it the amount of times the page has been loaded, or the amount of times real eyes have seen the real page? What seems likeliest to me is that it's impressions of the image file - because then a count would just be a load of the Daily Deviations category page even by web crawlers, preview loads by web browsers, archival sites and caches. That would make mathematical sense to me.

Does anyone know what the method of calculation is here?

How do I file a bug report? I look up the information but I feel like I'm being taken around in a circle. I don't get a form or a link to a form.

So in the last few days I stop receiving notifications from the web app, both from chats, comments or even those promotions and I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue. I deleted and re downloaded the app and didn't fix anything so I hope I'm not alone.

Can't enter or load into site without vpn, but still can't upload posts, if you don't have this issue it ignore this but anyone else know when it will be resolved?
