Happy 95th birthday to Dick Tracy.

Still one of the coolest silhouettes in comics. Still punching weird-looking criminals in the face. Still somehow making a yellow trench coat look intimidating.

95 years is a hell of a run!

And tomorrow kicks off a new one, with @dicktracyroguesgallery stepping in on art. Really looking forward to seeing what he brings to Tracy in the strip!

Dick Tracy Newspaper Scans

I own the entire set of hardcover Dick Tracy reprints, but I would love to see scans of these strips as they appeared in newspapers, starting at the beginning. Is there a source where I can view these? I’m not sure if there are online microfiche of newspaper comics pages going back that far.

Thank you!
