Hi everyone!

This is my current Pantlaza, Sun-Favored deck. My goal is to get it to a high Bracket 3 power level while keeping it optimized and consistent. This is what I have so far, but I'm sure there's still room for improvement.

I'm open to any suggestions, whether it's cards to add, cards to cut, improvements to the mana base, or any synergies I might be missing. I'd really appreciate any advice from players with more experience piloting Pantlaza or high-power Dinosaur lists.

I wanted more interaction without having to cut fun cards but I am clogging up my discover triggers? There is the benefit that I could discover into an MDFC and play it as land for turn.

I was looking for Dino cards and came across this card here rampaging ferocidon. I tried finding any recent discussions on this card but only found old posts about it. It’s ability is interesting, even if it’s a double edged blade.

Has this card fallen off or what?

Playing my Dino deck tomorrow for the first time in a while. Still have concerns I’ll be mana screwed but feeling a little better about it after cutting some fun cards that I seemed to never get a chance to cast.

I'd like to know if anyone has tried both cards and can determine if Prowl is better or worse than Warp. In my opinion, Warp seems more versatile because I don't have the requirement to damage an opponent, but what do you think?

Edit: I have both cards, so getting the cards is not a problem.

Edit 2: I play Pantlaza as my commander, but I am trying to find who is better for any dino deck.

Edit 3: I understand that Prowl can play a card from the command zone but the flexibility of Warp with haste is undeniable, that is why I am going to play both in my deck. Thanks ☺️.

I’ve been thinking about and testing some more non conventional ramp in Pantlaza
lately. Rather than just looking for the most efficient ramp, I’m trying to find ramp that
does something extra or provides additional options .

For those interested in the nuance by “double-duty” I mean cards that can both ramp and do something else, or cards that have another main purpose but also ramp.

A fantastic example of the 1st category I’m sure a lot of you already run is [[archdruids charm]] this is probably where dinosaurs that ramp and creatures who ramp on etb fit but I think they deserve their own discussion

The second category is a little harder to define but in my opinion this is where cards like [[the great henge]] or even [[welcome to …]] fit. My personal favorite is running a [[dryad arbour]] to enable X cost green spells that put an X cost creature to the battlefield to function as ramp. Even path to exile may fit here though probably not in a pantlaza list.

I’m really into cards in the first category and often prefer them to something like your standard rampant growth style effects even though they usually cost 3 mana and personally I like to ramp on turn 2 have another game action turn 3 and then pantlaza on 4 I’d love suggestions if any you think I’ve missed or just your thoughts in general

Hello all! I'm getting back into commander after a while with my modified Pantlaza precon: https://moxfield.com/decks/O06Y02wcQEm6Nr8M1j8MBg (the sideboard is mostly just what I've subbed out so far)

My LGS scene has a pretty decent mix of players but a number who prefer to hang in the high bracket 3/low 4 range, so I've been thinking about adding a number of cards that trigger pantlaza on other player's turns that can be subbed in and out depending on if I'm playing with a higher bracket pod or with bracket two decks.

I've tossed together a quick wishlist of flash/blink/cheat into play at instant speed enablers (as well as some chunky dinos I'd like to add at some point) here: https://moxfield.com/decks/4RU0MZ7etkO7ryVqo6ioJw . It includes things like Emiel shown above, Arlin, the Pack's Hope (who lets me cast creatures as flash), and hunting grounds/lurking predators - I'm trying to keep individual cards around or below $20 so things don't get out of hand, and would be shooting at spending $10-20 a week over some time to keep my spending habits healthy.

Are there better ways to juice up Pantlaza? How many cards with this subtheme should I add to make it consistent, and notably, what should I sub out for them? Any other thoughts on my deck (landbase, putting sideboard cards back in main deck, etc) would also be appreciated. Thanks y'all!

What are everyone's thoughts/approach on including non-dinosaur creatures in a Pantz deck? I try to have everything as thematic in my deck as possible so the only non-dino is Roaming Throne but at least I can have it as the [[Doom Variant]] so it has a dino in the image and becomes a dino by choice. Do others do the same? Or do you justify cards like [[Luminous Broodmoth]], [[Fanatic of Rhonas]], and [[Emiel the Blessed]] because they work so well?

Hello dino fans, I am seeking recommendations for a new hautli deck. Ideally this is trying to go back to my original Gishath deck that was swapped to Pantlaza since Gishath was too much of a kill on sight commander. Pantlaza is honestly fine but it isn't scratching the same itch. I wanted to use Huatli was Gishath as the secret commander, ideally tutor for her most games but I like the benefit of searching for an Etali or Pantlaza if the game leans that way. Are there any must includes or interactions that you guys can recommend or keep an eye out for? I would love to hear y'alls experience with the commander.
