As the title says.
This is still very much so a work-in-progress, but I decided to make this because I have a few friends that play Sion and constantly DM me about matchups and stuff. I'd like feedback on any of the stuff mentioned here. The sheet assumes you have a general understanding of how Sion works.

Ok ive just ran into possibly my faviroute new sion bug (except for stormraiders resetting on sion during passive)

Yorick walls dont cancel sion r for some reason, this happened 3 times in the game, one time i was turned 180 degrees in a fight after bouncing off of the wall lmao. Anyone else experienced this?

Hello Cait mains,

I had a game with a Sion support who in my opinion played in a very sub-optimal way! He did this play here, all-in the Soraka when shes standing so far back in lane I couldnt even flash onto her, and full hp Draven with spinning axe is in front of me! And both of them have all summs!

I knew the sion would die if I left him here, so I ran in for a q on soraka then had to use barrier flash to escape Draven!

And he could have flashed to kill me 100% but he chose not to.

After this, Sion told me im misplaying the lane by not focusing Soraka. But I did focus her, the only thing I could hit her with is max range Q here.

Then after this Sion said he would afk so I just prompted him to roam, because botlane is not a kill lane for us. But he didnt listen.

Then he ended up ksing a lot of kills that he could have easily given over to other players, and he rushed collector first item, which allowed him to ks everything in zombie form.

Fast forward and we got baron but Sion died for zero reason at all walking into Draven as we left to recall, and the game ended.

Wp to this Sion! I tried asking him to vod review the game but he completely refused and kept making excuses, he refused to explain why he all in this Soraka or any of the other bronze plays he made, then he blocked me!

Looking at the stats it doesn't seem like that impressive of an item, but its insane synergy with shield bash, your w, and unending despair (the best tank item in the game imho) along with its cheap cost at 2700 makes its a very attractive item.

If the enemy team is very heavy mr like 3+ with one of them being an apc instead of an adc than things like kaenic are probably better. But more often than not it isn't a mage killing you in a teamfight but the toplane bruiser or adc. In those situations getting +25% shield on w usually leads to more survivability in teamfights because despite being a mr item can help deal with ad threats quite well.

And all of this without mentioning the fact that with it your w become basically impossible to pop, along with having good synergy with the toplane quest giving you an even more massive shield.
