Hey everyone! For my dissertation, I’m researching how personality traits shape the way we cope with stress. We all handle tough situations differently , I want to find out which traits lead to which coping styles, how that relates to anxiety, and if there are differences between men and women.

The survey takes about 10 minutes. Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Aged between. 18-55 years
• No current diagnosis of a major current psychiatric condition (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, psychosis)
