how do y'all have the energy to climb pvp

I like to consider myself decent at the game, maybe I'll lose 1 of every 5 games but whenever I get to like 11k rp im sick of playing, facing the same units and going to timer over and over, combine that with social life/studies and I cannot fathom how some ppl get to 30k within a week
