Looking for feedback on my manga anatomy and facial construction. Six-month progress study.

I've been teaching myself manga-style drawing for nearly six months, mainly through draw-alongs and references. I'm approaching 1,000 drawings and want to focus more on anatomy and facial construction. Are there any recurring problems with my proportions, eye placement or construction that I should prioritise?
