Strong decks for the 3 GBA games?

I'm trying to get into Duel Masters again. Thing is, I'm a COMPLETE noob, and have no clue about deck building.

What are some of the strongest decks for all 3 games released on the GBA?

I really like the Darkness civilization but I heard it's not the best? What should noobs like me know about getting good at Duel Masters?

Looking to get back into collecting. Need help with were to look.

Hi folks ive recently been wanting to get back into collecting duel masters after being off it for a long time. I've always loved duel masters (it was the first card game I've ever collected) and had a decent collection but along the years I lost them all. I've looked online but my only option seems to be ebay which I dont mind but theirs cards that im interest in that i can't seem to find. So im just wondering if people here know of any reliable and trustworthy sites that sell english versions of duel masters. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated thanks.
