The fifteen round 1991 250cc Bike GP championship saw contrasting fortunes for the front runners. Luca Cadalora (Rothmans Honda) made a scintillating start to his season winning the first three GPs and from a slow start, Helmut Bradl (Honda) came on strong at the end of the season to make a determined challenge for honours.
