How strong the arch-enemy of Ben 10 would be in DxD?

Perso I think his base form from his first appearance is maybe low High Class Devil.

The Ultimate Alien version should be high High Class Devil or Low Ultimate Class. His big octopus form is maybe High Ultimate Class or Low Maou Class. With the power of Dagon, he should be on par with Shiva/Indra or Ophis 100%/AxA.

For Omnivese, I think that with the Malware armor, he is at the same level that Great Red/Trihexa or stronger beings like the ExE.
