Looking for the previous owner of my Frozen E92
2013. Actually appreciated the spec’d out sunroof.😂

But I Bought it off carvana a year and a half ago, I'm in the Boston area, no idea where it lived before that.

A few weeks after I got it I had a thorough PPI done and it came back with rod bearing wear. At 26k miles, which surprised me. I figured a car with that little use would be fine for a while. Somehow silverrock actually paid out on the claim and the car came back from with a carbahn 4.5L built motor. Just took it up the Kancamagus Highway this weekend for the foliage and it was perfect.

The interior is mint, looks genuinely untouched, and when I first cleaned out the trunk there was a nice fitted car cover folded under the floor. Whoever you are, you didn't have to leave that and I still use it. Felt like a small sign that somebody cared about this thing before me, and I wanted to say thanks.

If this was your car, or you know whose it was, I'd love to hear the backstory. Not looking for anything, just want to connect the chapters. Happy to send pics of how it turned out.

I have a front complete pair of Coilovers OHLINS R&T and I have the rear springs and 1 rear shock.

Would it be a big deal to use the rear Coilovers / shocks from a set of Bilsteins or BCs on my E90 M3? And keep the fronts the Ohlins

I don’t really feel like paying $500 for one rear shock…

Im located in sf and was just wondering if anybody knows of a good place for dct service in the bay area with good pricing. I got quoted $1400 by performance dynamics and idk if thats good or not

I just bought my e92 m3 and just hit 134k miles curious if yall think it’s time for me to redo valve covers and do vanos caps. And what’s the labor time for that so I can schedule for it (I have a lift and am mechanically inclined)
