I have 100% completed Ranger, Wing Diver and Fencer, and I have completed easy through hard with air raider. I’ve never been good with this class and despite being better after my hard playthrough I don’t think I have the know how of the class for hardest and inferno.

Any advice? I’d like to get to 100% completion.

Picked it up on the sale going on. Just wanted to double check since googling it didn’t directly answer the question I have:

Stats with no star next to it cannot be upgraded, right?
Intuition says they cannot, but I just wanted to make sure.

If the the primers >!kill humanity to prevent humanity from affecting their future and creating a paradox, why didn't they just kill humanity the second humanity found their ship in India? I presume they couldn't do this before the India ship because that would create a paradox, correct? Is it also established that they made a mistake by interacting with humans in ancient times and they just hoped that the meddling in ancient human does not already jeopardize their existence, up until they realized humans found their ship?!<

>!Is it also true that if the professor had died at all during edf6 humanity would have lost because Storm 1 would have to trigger the time loop by themself to save the professor, who would be back at square one with zero memories. If this played out, would the primers of gotten enough time loops to kill humanity before the professor could regain enough experience? Also why didn't shooting the control module at the end of edf6 cause another time loop? Did the primers figure out we were doing that and prevent it?!<

I have played all of edf6 and about half of 5, (yes I know that makes no sense). I still crave new edf content so plan on getting edf6 dlc. Would edf5 dlc be worth getting? What about getting 4.1?

Interested in getting into the series, there are like, 6? mainline games and Iron Rain + Insect Armageddon look interesting, my PC is a little lower end but I'd like recommendations on where to go. Just pick up EDF6 and fly in? Monster Attack 2003 at the very beginning? Or something else entirely?

Of all the games, which class did you have the most fun with? I’m going with 2025/4.1 fencer. Just give me a wide open beach with a catapult, a volcano hammer, and waves of Deroys and I’m in my happy place.

So wanted to try en farm Blue Soldier since one of the better farms with unlimited spawning enemies I manage to get AF99 and AF99ST to finally destroy the upgraded drop ship before flys off too far just the issue with 1700s HP aint makin through this stun lock trap I can kill the Hector 2.0s just I'm definitely more of a glass cannon even if cleared some other inferno stages to even get these level 60 weapons as with them I can do the damage just not survive long enough

Hello, just wanted to know if anyone experienced a similar issue? Was playing till mission 39, and wanted to start online play the next day with my buddy but it keeps crashing for us. Anyone has any ideas?

I recently started having issues with my mouse but I only notice them in EDF6. I'm playing wing diver and I click and hold to charge up a weapon and it registers that I've let go of the mouse, so it discharges my weapon when I don't want it to. I also have issues like anti-aim bot; my aim just jolts off in some direction. I just did a mouse test online; I held left click for over a minute and it worked fine. It didn't think I let go, so it doesn't seem like my mouse is actually broken. I don't have any issues with it in any other games. Has anybody else experienced this?

I finished 6 and I wanted to play 4.1 with my friends but picking up boxes is getting annoyed and Im wondering if theres an autoloot patch for it

I've been interested in getting into the series, and intend on buying whenever there's a discount on Steam. I see that 5 is a good place to start and 6 is a direct continuation, with QOL improvements.

Is the EDF6 5in6 mission mod a good way to start a first playthrough? Or is it better to just get the base EDF5 game? I like the thought of having the QOL and better feeling gameplay across my playthrough, but im worried if the mission mod takes away from the intended experience/balancing.

I also don't have the most PC modding experience, and typically prefer keeping my games vanilla for consistency across PC and steam deck.

I'm definitely just overthinking my purchasing decision, but I appreciate anyone's opinion on the matter.

I'm trying to branch out and learn new classes I've played fencer across 5 and 6 to a point where I'm confident in my skill with the class to be able to play it at higher levels.

My current struggle is learning Wing Diver. I know Phalanx is a win button for most people but I prefer the long range sniper aspect so does anyone have suggestions for cores/weapons etc to go with this play type?
