I tried using the account and it won’t let me access and it seems their customer service number goes to a medical alert promotion it appears their system has been hacked or merged with another company! Anyone else have the same experience?

I see there is a lot of posts by people say how Neo credit cards scam them and there were a lot of unauthorized transactions in their accounts and someone added their cards to someone else google or Apple pay ? I would like to get your review and feedback to see if is it worth to apply for their Chq and credit card? Or to keep away? And what do you like and dislike in their service? Like do they respond back to your inquiry quickly or not and do they have phone support? And how's thier app fast or slow ? And if you would recommend them or not ?
