Best way to grow a new guild? (Xbox / NA)
I've had my own guild so I could have my own guild hall and I've been wanting to recruit recently. I got dancing waters wellspring to base us out of and been working on some lore as to why the guild exists.
I run a guild called The Blackfeather Compact, we are a guild that basically runs an alliance with the Blackfeather court as we are a guild of bird worshipers. We choose to worship kynareth as we believe that while kingdoms rise and fall the sky is bound to no one and we see all birds as kynareths chosen and view them as sacred. This extends to the blackfeather court naturally and we consider them more than just than omens of death. Our guild alliance is cemented by the fact a merchant known as "peddler of wares" resides within our pocket realm.
Now that my lore is out of the way back to the question at hand. How can I grow a guild when many of the same guilds on a server tend to get most of the players? You can be in 5 at once but I have to make the guild appealing enough and that's a tough thing to figure out.

I am returning (PC/NA) after a 4 year hiatus and am looking for a guild matching my title.
I love raiding. I currently co-lead a static in GW2 and participate in raids regularly, but have some time free to dedicate to ESO.
I used to tank Vet Trials and have a Necromancer and Nightblade I enjoy tanking on.
My availability schedule for Trials would be:

NA/PC Looking for a guild that does content as well as social stuff.
I haven't played in years. Blackwood was about the time I stopped. I re-learn fast and I want to do endgame at some point. In the past, when looking for guilds it was "we do all the things" (Then it never happens). I'm cool with discord as well. I'd prefer it in fact. I like doing normal stuff, I like doing harder content and I really want to do the trials and actually play the game.
