I’ll say it first that I may have been flexing my vocabulary of four letter words at them so I’m not exactly innocent, but this was honestly outrageous. I finally broke after two and a half years of chargers starting to charge then canceling with no explanation. No clear reason why, sometimes they did work, but at least 95% of the time it was 20 minutes of swapping chargers adapters credit cards and you name it. Every permutation always would fail. I called several times and the call center people were condescending and unhelpful, always telling me to try the options already exhausted. It’s a shame - Autocharge for my Tesla was so so so promising as a product. It’s a shame the company is such a disaster that they would rather kick me out than solve their issues. Just take my money ffs.

TLDR: EVgo chargers never work, I complained swore my head off at them about it, and they terminated my account.
